Prosperity of Life Review – Pyramid Scheme Scam Alert?!

Welcome to my Prosperity of Life review!

Chances are, someone has just introduced to you this incredible opportunity by Prosperity of Life for you to immerse yourself in personal development and also make a life-changing income at the same time to live a "truly prosperous" life.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product or business opportunity.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Prosperity of Life in any form.

So, rest assured that unlike those associates, I'm not here to pitch you anything.

Instead, I'll be offering you an unbiased 3rd party review and expose to you the things that the members don't want you to know.

Is Prosperity of Life a scam? Is it a pyramid scheme?

Here's the truth...

Summary: Prosperity of Life is not entirely a scam but it's definitely a pyramid scheme in disguise because it's just a "self-promoting system" with lots of high-ticket upsells. I have solid evidence in this review to show you that FTC has taken action against such programs.

What is Prosperity of Life?

Some UGLY Background Info...

Prosperity of Life, also known as The Prosperity of Life Network, is a Network Marketing company selling personal development & wealth creation products, such as home study courses, live events & event recordings.

However, there are some really ugly history you really need to know before considering this program.

I can tell you that people who have joined Prosperity of Life are ignorant people who don't do their own research.

So, I'm really glad you're here reading my review.

Trust me, if you understand all the shady stuff this company is doing, you'll never want to join them.

By the way, I'm not saying it's impossible to make money with this program. In fact, there are still people making a fortune with this company.

But the problem is that those rich people at the top of this company are actually somewhat "taking advantage" of people at the bottom.

Here's the UGLY History...

Shane Krider, co-founder of Prosperity of Life, is also the co-founder of another company called Liberty League International.

The problem with Liberty League is that it has been confirmed to be a pyramid scheme which has scammed over $5 Million dollars from innocent people's hard earned money. (Source: Courthouse News Service)

Some people might say probably Shane has learnt the lesson and he's now doing a legit business with Prosperity of Life.

WRONG!

Shane simply brought the entire business model from Liberty League to Prosperity of Life, just that this time they're more careful about the legal stuff.

That's probably why Prosperity of Life has undergone so many name changes over the years.

They used to call "Polaris Media Group" for a while and then they changed to "Polaris Global".

Now they have 2 names - Prosperity of Life & The Prosperity of Life Network.

For your info, Polaris Global still exists. They use Polaris Global to take care of the training, customer service, tools & support.

Whilst, they use Prosperity of Life as their public brand which is responsible for their intellectual properties like their courses, content and products.

Why?

I don't know why they want to make things so complicated but my logical guess is that they are just trying to avoid legal issues for their shady business model.

Prosperity of Life Product Line

Prosperity of Life mainly focuses on 2 types of products:

  • Digital products which you can study at home
  • Live events/seminars

Let me reveal to you their specific products...

You'll be shocked at the prices and the amount of upsells they have.

Their main product line is called the "Master of Destinies". They have Master of Destinies 1, Master of Destinies 2, so on and so forth.

So they use M1, M2...as acronyms:

  • M1: Master of Destinies ($2,285) - 12-month home study program which claims to transform your life by watching recorded content from some of their seminars
  • M2: Sovereignty Live ($7,950) - 5-day live event on wealth creation, covering topics like how money works, how to invest it, how to have money work for you, asset allocation, tax minimisation and more
  • M3: Influence Live ($12,950) - 8-day live event on advanced personal development & leadership strategies, covering topics like how we create our own lives by the thoughts and beliefs we hold, and how you can take control of your life and future
  • M7 ($4,590) - Recorded content from all additional M2 Sovereignty Live and M3 Influence Live seminars
  • M7 Fast Track ($6,250) - A discounted package that includes M1 and M7 (save $775)

As you can see, these prices are insane!

I've attended numerous Live Events, including those world's best seminars by speakers like Tony Robbins & Gary Vee.

Let me tell you, you shouldn't be spending $13K just for a Live Event.

The reason for them to have such expensive products is because they want to propagate the idea of "selling high-ticket products" because that's the way for you to be rich.

Is it really true? This leads us to our next part on how to make money with Prosperity of Life...

How to Make Money with Prosperity of Life?

The ONLY way for you to make money with Prosperity of Life is to resell their overpriced products, like the ones I just mentioned.

However, it's not so straightforward because you need to get qualified first. You can't just go out there and start promoting whatever you want...

Getting Started with Prosperity of Life... (The Costs?)

The ONLY way for you to get into this company is by requesting an interview by signing up on their website.

But before that, you need to have a sponsor (person who referred you to this company) in order to sign up.

That's why in any promotional videos/content, they'll always ask you to "get back to the person who introduced this business to you".

Sounds familiar?

At the sign up page, you're required to put in your mobile number so that they can contact you and set up an interview with you.

Afterwards, there are a couple of things you need to pay for:

  1. $49.95 Starter Kit
  2. $153/month for marketing tools like Online Business Manager, Lead Vertex Pro, Lead Manager and Conference Call System

These are just the basic costs you need to incur for you to start running this business. But at this stage, you still can't earn any money.

In order for you to promote any product from Prosperity of Life, you need to personally purchase that product.

For example, if you want to promote M1, you have to pay $2,285 to get that product yourself.

And that's not the end my friend...

You will not earn any commission from your first 2 sales. You have to "pass up" the first 2 sales to your sponsor. (Another ridiculous rule!)

This kind of rules is typical for a pyramid scheme. Just check out Easy1Up, a pyramid scheme with the same "pass up commission" rule.

So, How Much Can You Really Earn?

After passing up the first 2 sales, here's what you'll earn for each of the above-mentioned products:

  • M1 - $1,828
  • M2 - $5,000
  • M3 - $8,000
  • M7 - $3,672
  • M7 Fast Track - $5,000

These numbers can seem appealing. But don't forget that you need to spend that thousands of dollars to purchase the products in the first place.

This doesn't include the costs incurred while promoting them. You can spend additional hundreds or thousands of dollars in Ads just to promote those products.

Another thing to take note is that you can only earn commissions from products that you personally own.

For example, if you only purchase M1 but you managed to sell a M2 product, that commission will be passed up to your sponsor as well (provided that your sponsor is qualified for M2).

If you want to earn commission from all the products, you have to purchase ALL of them yourself.

Can you see why I said Prosperity of Life is just "taking advantage" of innocent people at the bottom?

Prosperity of Life Ugly Truths Revealed!

1. Pyramid Scheme in Disguise!!

Okay, I know this is gonna be controversial because the supporters of POL will bash me saying that I'm totally wrong or I'm just someone trying to sell you other stuff.

I get it. But listen to me on this because I never say anything without proof!

According to Wikipedia...

"A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via a promise of payments or services for enrolling others into the scheme, rather than supplying investments or sale of products or services."

In other words, if the program is mainly focusing on recruitment and it's the main/only way to make money, it can be considered as a pyramid scheme.

Yes, Prosperity of Life does have their own products and services.

However, I've told you, the ONLY way for you to make money with this program is to buy into their products, recruit people and resell the products to your downlines.

I'm not saying POL is a pyramid scheme. I'm saying it is a pyramid scheme in disguise.

Don't believe me?

Take a look at MOBE & Digital Altitude!

These 2 programs were once very popular and seemed like lots of people were getting rich with them.

They did offer their own courses and other digital products. But in the end, they were still being shut down by FTC for operating as a pyramid scheme.

Why?

Because the main purpose of their so-called "products" are just courses teaching you how to resell their membership and recruit more people into the system.

That's exactly what Prosperity of Life is doing.

Yes, they have personal development courses and even live events.

But their main focus in their course is to teach you how to recruit more people and resell the exact same courses!

2. Way Too Expensive

I've listed some of their major products earlier on.

It ranges from $2K+ all the way to $13K.

My first question to you is...

Do you have this kind of money to invest in the first place?

If the answer is no, forget about Prosperity of Life and check this out...

P.S. This program that has enabled me to generate a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income at just 21 years old is FREE to get started and only cost $49/month fee to go full-time!

Let me share with you something...

I've attended Tony Robbins' Unleash The Power Within, which is a 4 Full Day, over 50 hours of intensive personal development program.

I literally walked on FIRE during the first day of this life-changing program.

tony robbins live

Tony Robbins LIVE! (Yes, this was taken by myself)

tony robbins firewalk

Walking on burning hot coal!

If you know Tony, you'll know that he is the World Number 1 in personal development.

The reason I'm sharing this with you is because the cheapest category for you to participate in such life-changing event with the World Number 1 is only around USD$500! (Take note it's a 4-day event)

As compared to Prosperity of Life's M2 (5-day live event), it's a whopping USD$8K!

And the worst part is that this $8K event is not even conducted by the World Number 1.

Would you rather spend $500 and listen to the TOP speaker in personal development or spend $8K listening to some unknown speakers?

By the way, I'm not saying Prosperity of Life's events are crap. I believe there's still lots of value in it.

But it's just not worth that kind of price they are charging.

And yet, that's not the worth part. There are ex-members sharing that their upline or the leaders in POL even asked them to take loan and pay for the products because they claimed that "they're going to make them back very soon".

What a joke!

3. Ridiculous Compensation Plan

Prosperity of Life claims to help to become a better person and become wealthy through their programs.

Ironically, they are not just asking you to pay thousands and thousands of dollars upfront, but they're also making the compensation plan very complicated and hard to make money.

Like I've explained earlier:

  • You can only earn commissions from products that you personally own
  • You need to pass up the first 2 sales to your sponsor/upline

These 2 ridiculous rules are enough to "help" innocent people to get into further debt, instead of helping them to improve on their financial situation.

4. Extremely Restricted

Last but definitely not the least, Prosperity of Life is an extremely restricted program.

The ONLY way for you to make money is by recruiting and reselling those overpriced products.

In other words, you don't have the freedom to sell any products you like.

What if you don't want to sell those expensive personal development programs?

I'm sorry but you have no choice.

Can you see why I really don't recommend this program?

On the other hand, I have the freedom to promote any products I like in Affiliate Marketing and build a online business which I'm really passionate about.

In fact, I have been doing this since 18 years old and I've now achieved financial independence at 21, by just doing a business that I love through affiliate marketing!

Isn't that awesome?

If you wanna find out how I did it, check it out here!

What's Good About Prosperity of Life?

Okay, I'm not saying Prosperity of Life is a complete scam so here are some of the benefits...

1. Valuable Knowledge

Although I haven't personally attended their programs, I'm not denying the fact that they do offer valuable knowledge in their personal development programs.

Yes, if you have the money and decide to purchase their courses and events, I'm sure you can learn valuable stuff which can potentially change your life.

But all I'm asking you to do is to weigh the value of such programs against the cost you have to pay.

I've just given you a great example from Tony Robbins that there are much better and cheaper alternatives out there.

So please don't be misled by Prosperity of Life's sales tactics.

2. A Bit Different From Normal MLM

Another good thing about Prosperity of Life is that they're not entirely a MLM.

They do have upline/sponder and downline/referral, but they don't really have a multi-level structure like the traditional MLM.

Also, they don't rely much on face-to-face recruiting like what people usually do to recruit their friends and family members.

Instead, they rely on internet marketing, like what Now Lifestyle is doing as well.

They teach members how to market their products online via both free and paid methods.

For example, free methods include YouTube Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Blogging, etc...

Whilst, paid methods include Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.

That's definitely better than normal MLM companies which solely rely on hosting parties or workshops.

Is Prosperity of Life a Scam?

Nope, Prosperity of Life is not a scam. But it's a pyramid scheme in disguise!

Like I've explained earlier on, it's very similar to programs like MOBE & Digital Altitude, which both have been shut down by FTC.

Not only that, I can guarantee you 100% than their products are way overpriced.

Please take care of your wallet, put away your money and see how I make a living online...

Hi Jerry,

I came across POL yesterday and have just watched the vids I was sent. After watching the last one I had a few questions but before asking the person who sent me the information I decided to go online and came across your review. Thank you for that. I didn’t know about pyramid marketing and certainly don’t think it’s something I want to be involved in. Also the fact that you have to spend thousands of dollars before you can make a sale, and then “loose out” on the first two, I think is unfathomable to say the least, not to mention the prices. Compared to others out there, they really are very high indeed. I will not go ahead with this and just wanted to thank you for your review abd thus help me make that decision.

Regards from Hamburg, Germany

This business might not be for everyone because it requires some skills. The costs of starting business are not high at all. Try to open a little boutique, how much money you think would be needed for rent, stock and amenities? Additionally, in this business if you are good you can make a lot of money quick. There are several sources of profit, For each transaction you get 80%. Try to start any other business and you will need to wait 2-3 years for some results. As in any business also here are some losers who don’t do their work.

That’s probably one of the rules they have now. But how do you make the first 5 sales without buying the product yourself and knowing exactly what it is? Make 5 sales and you get to quality for the commissions? This is a really old marketing tactic.

Bro, half of the shit you got in here isn’t real. You don’t have to purchase anything and you can begin selling for them without having to spend any money. You just need to make 5 sales first and then you can begin making commission. The first real sale you make would cover any startup costs for $153.00. Get your facts straight before you start talking shit on companies that are actually helping people in this world.

But how to you actually go and get those 5 sales without purchasing and knowing what the product really is? Maybe you have some personal experience that can share with us?
