Is Panel Payday A Scam? Definitely No Payday Here!

Is Panel Payday A Scam? Definitely No Payday Here!

Welcome to my Panel Payday review!

When I first looked at their site, I thought they were another paid survey program.

It turns out they aren't.

But don't let me reveal all of what Panel Payday has to offer here.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Panel Payday in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Instead, I'm here to reveal what makes Panel Payday looks like a paid survey program, and what they are really all about.

Panel Payday Review Summary

Product Name:  Panel Payday

Founder:  Not disclosed

Product Type:  Paid Survey Platform

Price:  Free to join

Best For:  Those who want to get into paid surveys but don't know where to get started.

Panel Payday Review IMage Summary

Summary: Panel Payday looks like a paid survey site, but they're actually a portal to partnered survey sites. And when I say partnered sites, I mean sites that they're affiliated with and who pay them whenever someone signs up for those sites through them. They have a somewhat decent list of survey sites and GPT sites, and most of them I've reviewed already. With that said, this is a good place to start if you're looking for a source of paid survey sites. However, I don't really recommend that this is where you actually start looking for them. My biggest concern here is that they are overhyping their claims of you earning close to $25 to $75 per survey, when their partnered sites don't even pay close to that amount. This can be very misleading for those who are just getting started on paid survey sites.

What is Panel Payday?

At a glance, Panel Payday appears to be your ordinary survey site, but upon closer inspection, it’s actually something different.

They are, in fact, just referring you or sending you to other survey sites while they earn their sweet referral commissions for doing so.

Panel Payday Sign Up Page

This business model is quite similar to Opinion Outpost, where they also lead you to survey sites.

In practice, there’s nothing illegal with what they’re doing. Think of it as a consolidation or a director for survey sites.

But when left unchecked, they can add in those fraudulent survey and GPT sites and put you in harm’s way of making you waste your time.

Their biggest claim is that you can earn $25 to fill up surveys.

I’ll just leave it at that and leave it to your interpretation.

Inside Panel Payday

The people behind Panel Payday are probably affiliate marketers, who earn commissions based on their referrals.

In this case, every time you or any other person signs up for a survey site on their program, then they immediately get paid.

I wasn’t able to get a screenshot, but one company that they refer you to is Vindale Research, which is a market research company that runs a GPT or Get Paid To rewards program.

What they’re doing is technically affiliate marketing, but they haven’t gotten the bases covered. This is merely scratching the surface.

What Happens When You Join?

From what I could tell, they seem to only provide you with links to surveys and paid offers without really doing any checks on them.

When you complete your sign-up form, you’ll be taken to roughly 5 pages of almost irresistible offers.

Some of them might say that they’re “limited availability” or that “slots are almost filled”, but don’t believe that hype for a second.

We all know that it’s merely an urgency tactic that marketers use to make people buy or sign-up on impulse.

Again, there’s nothing wrong with the way they operate here.

The Partners

Panel Payday is partnered with Vindale Research and dozens of other paid survey sites that may allow you to make money at home.

Some of these programs include Global Test Market and Pinecone Research, and a few others that I haven’t reviewed yet.

Depending on the program that you signed up for, you’ll be taken to survey sites, and some that provide you with free and paid offers.

The Surveys

When you sign up for Panel Payday, you’ll be able to participate in two tiers of their own surveys.

Panel Payday Surveys

The first tier is usually made up of “test” surveys, where you won’t earn cash for completing them. Instead you’ll win prizes, which at the time of writing was not clarified by the site.

If you pass the test surveys, you’ll be eligible to take the second tier of surveys, which are the ones that pay cash or gift cards.

Now because Panel Payday is just the middleman, they don’t have any unified payment system since it will their partnered survey sites that will provide payment.

Each partnered site may do things differently, so it’s best to do a little bit of reading on how they do things before proceeding.

Most of the time, you’ll be presented with the following options for getting paid:

  1. PayPal transfer
  2. Bank transfer via cheques
  3. Gift cards

Who's Panel Payday For?

Panel Payday is a good portal for those of you who just want to get into the habit of answering surveys but don’t know where to start looking.

My advice to you is that you do your own research first before you sign up for their partner sites. That way you don’t completely waste your time.

But if you’re looking for something more meaningful to do with your time online, then I would invite you to read this step-by-step guide of affiliate marketing.

The biggest difference with my approach to affiliate marketing compared to Panel Payday is that my system’s tried and tested, and that it currently helps me earn the amount of money that I earn online.

Panel Payday Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 - Surveys Pay $25 Each? More Like $25 A Month!

One of my biggest gripes with Panel Payday is that they’re advertising that you can earn $25 per survey.

And this is what they claim on their home page. Here’s a photo to prove that I am not making things up.

Panel Payday 25 Dollar Claim

Can you believe they put that on their site?

One of the very first things that you should know about survey sites is that they’re never going to pay you this amount for every survey.

And I’ve reviewed some of their partner sites, and believe me, they’re not paying that amount.

The only time you’re only going to get that amount for your time and information is when you’re paid to join focus group discussions or FGD, which is offered by some survey sites.

#2 – They Spam You With Emails!

This is a very normal occurrence when you sign up for any survey site.

But Panel Payday takes it a little bit further. You see, a user joined the program and in less than 24 hours, he or she received 4 spam emails from the site.

Panel Payday Email Spam

Here's what their inbox looked like.

All of the emails wanted the user to join more sites or to look at other money-making opportunities online.

If you’re like me who value important emails, this would be pretty annoying to get notifications from.

#3 - Broken Links Everywhere

When I looked at their first few partners, I decided to click on some of them.

Then it turned out that they didn’t even return me to the actual site.

Some of them took me to a 404 Not Found page, as seen here:

Panel Payday Broken Links

Broken links!

My guess is that they probably copied the wrong referral URL, or that the page of the site that they’re partnered with is no longer working.

Either way, this is just a terrible way to do business if you’re being led to sites that don’t even work.

What I Like About Panel Payday?

There’s nothing worth positive mentioning about Panel Payday, and I don’t mean this in a very biased tone.

The fact of the matter is that they’re merely a portal for survey sites and GPT sites, and the user experience is all dependent on their partner sites (not them).

Now, because they’re only a portal to these sites, a user cannot fully complain that he or she had a negative experience with paid surveys or GPT sites because Panel Payday only pointed them to that site.

It all comes down to the users’ due diligence of researching a survey site’s review before signing up.

Is Panel Payday A Scam?

Panel Payday is what I would consider to be a paid survey platform or gateway created by affiliate marketers to earn a quick buck or two.

My biggest issue with them is that they’re clearly overhyping their claim of getting paid $25 to $75 per survey, and I already showed you a screenshot of their current homepage.

I know for a fact that their partnered survey sites are not going to pay you that amount, and I don’t think there’s any survey site that offers that much for compensation!
