Chances are, someone has just recommended to you this seemingly brilliant make money online opportunity - you can make money by just sharing videos! How awesome is that?
So, if you want to find out if Viral Cash App is a legitimate program or just another scam, you've come to the right place.
But let's be straightforward here, Viral Cash App is a scam in my opinion. Simply because the business model Matthew is promoting doesn't work at all. I'm going to prove that to you very soon in this review.
Before that, I want to warn you there are a lot of unethical affiliate marketers out there trying to blatantly promote this product just to make money.
Don't trust people who "highly recommend" Viral Cash App or give it a 5 star review. If you're observant enough, you'll realize they just want to pitch this scam product to you.

What is the Viral Cash App?
Viral Cash App is a software with video training created by Matthew Neer to help people make money by sharing viral videos online.
Pretty unique but suspicious, right?
Let's see how it works...
How Viral Cash App SUPPOSED to Work?
In his sales video, Matthew claimed that whenever you log on to Facebook or YouTube to watch funny, weird and hilarious videos, Facebook & YouTube get paid. (Is this even true? We'll find out in a minute.)
Since we are all watching and sharing videos everyday, why not make us the ones who get paid when videos are watched and shared?
That's why according to him, his Viral Cash App is a great tool to help you get paid through display ads when you share videos.
And all you need to do are the following 5 simple steps:
- Login to the software
- Choose the category you want to focus on
- Pick a keyword
- Add monetization methods
- Click "You're done"
And then he said that the software will help you "build a website" with the "viral" videos you chose which you can then share it on social media.
Whenever someone sees the post you shared on social media and watched the video you shared, you get paid, ACCORDING TO MATTHEW!
So this is what Matthew promised you upfront...
He said Viral Cash App is NOT:
And you can tap into the $70 Billion pie with unlimited and "self-generating" free traffic source with just this Viral Cash App software.
If you're reading this and you still don't feel something is wrong, then there's something wrong with you, LOL. There are a lot of red flags in his sales pitch.
Let me break it down for you...
How Viral Cash App REALLY Works?
So, Matthew said that whenever you watch a video on Facebook or YouTube, they get paid. But that's not how exactly it works.
Facebook and YouTube get paid because advertisers want to place Ads on their platforms.
So advertisers will pay these platforms in order for their Ads to show up in front of the target audience they choose. That's how Facebook, YouTube or even Google make most of their money from.
However, this process has nothing to do with you if you want to get paid.
There are 2 ways for you to make money by sharing videos - Display Ads & Affiliate Marketing.
That's what Matthew tries to do in his step #4. With his software, you can insert your own affiliate links and display Ads to the videos you share. So when people watch your videos and purchase anything through your link, you get paid.
Or when people clicks on any of the display Ads links, you also get paid as well.
HOWEVER...
It's really not that easy to make money. There are lots of flaws in his system.
1. No Traffic = No Business
First of all, in order for you to have customers, you need to have traffic (visitors). There are only 2 man types of traffic - Free Traffic & Paid Traffic.
Since Matthew said he's not using any of the paid traffic methods and you can get as much free traffic as you want, so we'll talk about free traffic here.
The best type of Free traffic is organic traffic from search engines because they are highly relevant.
However, that's not going to happen with Viral Cash App because all you're doing is sharing other people's video. There's no unique content that can be ranked in search engines through Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
The only traffic you can get is from social media. The problem with social media is that you can only get massive amount of targeted traffic if you're willing to pay for Ads, which can easily cost up to a few hundreds or thousands of dollars to get good results.
If you're simply just sharing on your Facebook posts, mostly your friends are the ones seeing it and it's impossible to make decent income, if at all, by just sharing videos with your friend, right?
2. Extremely Low Earning Potential
Display Ads is the main strategy to monetize the videos you share. But how does that work?
Basically, you're going to utilize Google AdSense to incorporate Ads into your videos/website. Whenever people visit your page & watch your videos, you get paid when they click on any of the Ads.
Google AdSense is one of the very common method affiliate marketers, bloggers and YouTubers use to monetize their contents.
However, if you're familiar with AdSense, you'll know there are 2 main issues:
- It's hard to get approved
- You're earning CENTS
In order to start monetizing using AdSense, you need to go through an approval process. Google needs to verify that you're producing original and quality content so that they can place Ads in your content.
If what you're doing is only sharing other people's videos, I highly doubt you'll even get approved by Google.
The next thing is that even if you're approved or you have an existing account, you can only earn a few cents for each click.
Imagine that...if you want to earn a decent income, how much traffic do you need to turn those cents into hundreds and thousands of dollars?
So it's simply impossible for Viral Cash App to be a good product to help you make money.
3. Affiliate Marketing The Wrong Way!
Apart from Display Ads through Google AdSense, another way Matthew wants you to believe you can make money from is affiliate marketing.
Just take a look at the training tabs in Viral Cash App members area...
Amazon Associates and ClickBank are 2 of the major affiliate networks. So Matthew is basically teaching you how to incorporate your affiliate links into your video descriptions to make money.
To be honest, I've been doing affiliate marketing for over 2 years now and I can confidently tell you that this is NOT going to work.
In affiliate marketing, you need to have either a website, a sales funnel or both.
Not only that, you need to provide relevant content & values for your target audience so that people will naturally want to buy from you.
Stop dreaming to make lots of money by just sharing funny or hilarious videos which are not even relevant to what you're promoting.

Viral Cash App Sales Funnel Revealed
Matthew is an experienced internet marketer who is just trying to squeeze as much money from your pocket with multiple upsells and downsells.
This can be seen easily from his entire sales funnel:
As you can see, Viral Cash App costs $47 upfront. However, if you try to leave the sale page, immediately there's a pop-up telling you there's a special one-time offer of $24.95.
That's the first downsell.
That's not the end. If you try to exit the downsell page, here comes the second downsell - $9.99!
After the initial offer, there are upsells of $149, $97 and $197. If you happen to purchase all the upsells, you'll spend more than $500 on this rubbish product.
Pros & Cons
The Good
1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
I really want to be as balanced as I can with my review. But too bad, the only good thing about Viral Cash App is that it has a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
You can still get your money back when you realize this thing doesn't work at all.
The Bad
1. Extremely Hyped Up!
I think this has been very obvious from all the promises Matthew has been giving.
Let me just show you some of the really salesy and pushy screenshots:
Seriously, unless you're a complete newbie in the online world, it's not hard for you to realize how scammy this product is.
These are old sales techniques which has been used over and over again. But it is still working well for beginners.
In case you're a complete newbie, let me explain to you.
Matthew is just using his sales technique to make his offer seems more exclusive and scarce to you. Also, he makes it sounds like a "push button solution" to make money.
It's impossible for you to skip all the hard work and still make money. So please don't be fooled by these old-fashioned sales pitch.
By the way, Viral Cash App's members area is full of advertisement...
What kind of member's area is this?
I'm not paying $47 to see Ads!
2. Many Upsells
Like you've seen in the Viral Cash App sales funnel, there are numerous upsells and downsells. They even promised affiliates who promote this product to earn up to $367 per sale.
In order for them to pay affiliates so much, they must be making a lot more, right?
3. Hidden Costs
Apart from the upsells, there's one more hidden cost and that is the cost of GetResponse.
GetResponse is an Email Service Provider (ESP). Viral Cash App recommends you to use GetResponse as the autoresponder to collect subscribers email address and follow up with them.
(I don't understand why they're promoting this because autoresponder has nothing to do with sharing videos to make money...)
Anyway, GetResponse has a 30-day free trial but it's $15 per month for the cheapest plan.
4. Fake Website of Your Own
Matthew claimed that you're going to have your own "free website" to share viral videos.
But the truth is that those are not YOUR free websites. They are still Matthew's. His software just helps you create a page for you to promote video with your Ads and links. That page stills belongs to him.
You know why?
Because if you want to have your own website, you need to purchase your own domain name. There's no way to have your OWN website for free.
Take a look at this video below. You'll see exactly how this "fake website of yours" is made:
Do you think you're going to make money with that poorly designed page just by sharing it on Facebook?
Absolutely NO!
5. Matthew is a Prolific Product Launcher
Viral Cash App is NOT the only product created by Matthew Neer. He has actually launched various products in the make money online (MMO) niche.
As you can see in the screenshot above, he has products such as Viral Traffic Hack, Viral Money Magnet and Viral List. He seems to like the term "viral" a lot.
It's actually a clever internet marketing term to use.
From the poor quality of Viral Cash App and the fact that he has launched so many products in the MMO niche, I can confidently conclude that Matthew is just an internet marketing whose main goal is to make more money for himself.
If not, why would he use to many sales techniques just to promote a product that doesn't even work?
6. Matthew Doesn't Even Know What He was Talking about
Like I've explained earlier on, Viral Cash App is all about making money through affiliate marketing & display Ads when you share videos on social media.
But take a look at this...
When Matthew is pitching for sales, he actually mentioned that if you want to build an online store, warehouse inventory and hire customer service, they can easily cost $5,000 per month. Whilst, you can simply access his "APP" at just $47.
But my question is this: How does online store, inventory and customer service relate to his Viral Cash App?
Affiliate marketing and Display Ads don't even need an online store, inventory and customer service.
If you're observant enough, you'll realize he doesn't even know what he was talking about.
And that's not the end...
The screenshot above shows a website flipping platform called Flippa.com. Basically, Matthew also mentioned how much money you can make just by selling your own website.
Yes, I agree that selling website can be profitable. Website is your online asset. If you can build high quality website, selling it is kinda like selling a real estate.
The problem is...You're not even having your own website with Viral Cash App. All you do is to share other people's videos.
How are you going to make money by website flipping?
Once again, it's very obvious Matthew is just trying to give a sales pitch to make you believe you can really make a lot of money with his product.

Is Viral Cash App a Scam?
I can see that some people want to be balanced in their reviews so they'll say Viral Cash App is not really a scam but just a low quality product.
I want to be unbiased and balanced as well. But to be honest, the fact that Matthew is misleading you to believe you can make money with a business model which doesn't work already makes it a scam.
So my conclusion is that Viral Cash App is a scam. What do you think?
By the way, this is NOT even an App LOL...
How viral can it be when you have no quality and relevant traffic source?
Who is Making Money with Viral Cash App?
Apart from Matthew himself, there's another group of people who are making big bucks with Viral Cash App. (Obviously not the people who enrolled in this product)
Let me give you some hints...
Viral Cash App ranks at position number 2 on ClickBank under the Affiliate Marketing category, just behind The AZ Code.
Yes, people who promote Viral Cash App as affiliates are the ones making the money, not those who are misled by Matthew.
As you can see, they pay up to 75% commission to affiliates.
So, would you rather be the affiliate marketer promoting other people's products to make money in a legitimate way or someone who dreams to make a lot of money but don't want to put in hard work?
A Much Better Way of Making Money Online...
Let me be completely honest with you, making money online isn't easy. You need to put in a lot of time and hard work.
If you want to make fast cash and easy money, go find a local part-time job. Make money by sharing videos online?
Forget it. You're not ready to make money online.
However, if you're someone who is willing to put in the hard work, affiliate marketing is definitely something you should look into. Because you're ready to start building your own passive income streams online.
In fact, with affiliate marketing...
I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!
