Silk Road Effect Training Heading

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Silk Road Effect in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Instead, I'm here to reveal why this is not worth your time and money.

Silk Road Effect Review Summary

Product Name:  Silk Road Effect

Founder:  Steven Jenkins (Probably Fake!)

Product Type:  E-Commerce / Dropshipping Course

Price:  $17 plus numerous upsells

Best For:  NO ONE!

Silk Road Effect Review Image Summary

Summary:  Silk Road Effect is an e-commerce course that focuses heavily on dropshipping. While dropshipping is a legitimate way to make money, there are things about this course that doesn't sit well with me. And thus, I can't recommend this to anyone. The biggest gripe that I have about the program is that there's no legal protection for its customers. If you sign up for their program, they have free reign over what they can do with your personal information and you can't do anything about it.

Rating: 1/100

What is Silk Road Effect?

Silk Road Effect is a get rich quick scheme created by someone called Steve Jenkins that’s flying through people’s emails right now.

I’m pretty sure you’ve received one as well, and that’s why you’re here reading this review.

Just like most get rich quick schemes, you’ll see a sales video delivered by the owner himself and then a news video supposedly about Silk Road Effect.

Let me tell you right now that the news video is a legitimate broadcast, but it doesn’t talk about Silk Road Effect

It’s simply a news broadcast that talks about making money online.

Silk Road Effect Some Fake Graph

Some Fake Graph

This tactic is used to make you think that their program is actually legitimate, when in fact, it’s far from it.

Another thing that you’ll notice on the sales video is how the creator made $1.4 million in the last 12 months by using the methods he’s about to teach you.

And as you go through the sales video, he’ll try to hype up the program more by making you think it’s the next best thing since Google.

But I am here to unravel everything.

Inside Silk Road Effect

You’re probably wondering:

How on Earth is this program going to make you $1,800 a day?

Through e-commerce. More specifically, Dropshipping.

Make no mistake, dropshipping is a legitimate way to make money and there are programs out there that can show you how to do that such as My Business Venture.

But Silk Road Effect is far from these programs.

What’s Inside?

Now once you get inside the member’s area, you’ll see the training program divided into 7 sections, but the bulk of it is in a 3-page PDF file that gives you a concept of running an e-commerce store.

Silk Road Effect Training Heading

But it barely scratches the surface of what you NEED TO KNOW about running a dropshipping program.

Silk Road Effect Some Sample Training Text

Some Sample Training Text

With the 3-page PDF, there are only 5 subheadings with a paragraph or two that shows you the concepts of dropshipping:

  1. Decide if you’re doing this full-time
  2. Choose your products
  3. Set up your shop
  4. Order products
  5. Marketing

The PDFT also tells you how to market your products but they don’t show you where and how to promote them.

There are also 10 low quality videos that you can download and are last between 2 and 10 minutes.

And with what they’re providing you, everything appears to be surface level and all of the information on this program can be found FOR FREE just by doing the right search.

The program costs about $17, and while that’s not a lot of money, you will be flooded with upsells that costs 10 times more than what you paid for Silk Road Effect.

The Many Silk Road Effect Upsells

Upsell 1: The Silk Road Effect Deluxe Club ($197)

You get 2 48-page eBooks titled Shopify Secrets and Amazon Affiliate Blueprint.

If you think this is a deal, well you can actually get Amazon Affiliate Blueprint straight from Amazon for $10.

Upsell 3: Marco Polo Secret ($197)

This e-book still focuses on dropshopping but you have to pay $197 to get it.

Here’s the kicker though:

You can find this e-book for FREE on sites like Oberlo.com.

Who's Silk Road Effect For?

No one.

At this point, there’s nothing good that can come out of this program that could ever benefit people like you.

It’s free, doesn’t require you to sign up, and I will not ask for your email.

Silk Road Effect Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 - Fake Scarcity

Programs that rely on getting more money from their customers actually cut their income potential short by limiting the number of customers they get.

Which is why this program’s supposed LIMITED SLOTS is fake.

Steven says that you’ll no longer see the video again if you leave the page, but this is not true.

He does this to make you purchase this program on impulse.

#2 – Fake Claims!

Another lie they tell you is you can make money without spending capital.

This is obviously a lie because you have to take into consideration that businesses need money for paid advertising, a domain name, and other expenses necessary to set-up your store.

It wouldn’t make sense to only spend $17 to earn thousands of dollars a day, right?

Oh, and if you do the right research, you’ll know that earning thousands of dollars in a day through dropshipping is possible but it takes years and years to build up that stream consistently.

#3 – Lack Of Legal Information!

So, even if you do manage to fork over the $17 and avoid all of the upsells, you still have one thing to worry about.

There’s no legal document that protects your personal information, let alone how they’re going to use your information.

Are they going to sell it to market research companies? Or are they going to sell it to other people who create get rich quick schemes?

One thing’s for sure: this one doesn’t look out for you.

#4 – Steven Jenkins Is Not A Real Person!

Speaking of lack of information, there’s not a single shred of evidence that Steven Jenkins is a real person.

The narrator of the video claims that he’s Jenkins, but it’s far from the truth because he doesn’t show you his face or any relevant information about himself.

He doesn’t have any social media accounts either.

This is a red flag because there’s no REAL INFORMATION about who the owners are.

What I Like About Silk Road Effect?

Nothing.

Niche Profit Classroom Not Worth The Money

From Dragon's Den, All Rights Reserved

From what I’ve listed above, I don’t think there’s one good thing that could save this program!

Is Silk Road Effect a Scam?

Silk Road Effect may not be a scam, but this doesn’t mean that it’s legitimate either.

On top of charging you for subpar knowledge, there are a lot of things wrong about this program.

Fake scarcity and fake claims of wealth are there to make you purchase on impulse, and the lack of legal information means that the site has free reigns on what to do with your personal information.

So I would advise you to stay away from this program.
