Humanatic Review – Can You Earn By Reviewing Calls? Find Out Here!
Welcome to my Humanatic review!
A job reviewing calls? It's not as illegal as you might think.
The calls that you're reviewing are recordings from call centers.
And the company offering you this job is Humanatic!
First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.
That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!
Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Humanatic in any form.
So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.
Instead, I'm here to reveal how you can make money from this opportunity (if you can), and if this is legitimate.
Humanatic Review Summary
Product Name: Humanatic
Founder: Century Interactive
Product Type: Work-At-Home Opportunity
Price: Free to join
Best For: People who are meticulous and have great attention to details.
Summary: Humanatic provides you with a work-at-home opportunity by reviewing phone calls from call centers. But despite being a legitimate program, I can't recommend it if you're looking for a full-time income. The biggest issue here is that it doesn't pay out as well as you think (and I'll show you the complaints about their reviewers).
What is Humanatic?
Humanatic is a software created to provide companies an in-depth analysis of their phone calls.
Rather than using computers to transcribe these phone calls, Humanatic provides working opportunities for thousands of people around the world.
The job they provide you is what they call a CALL REVIEWER.
These reviewers work from home and listen to record calls in order to generate specific reports and statistics for clients necessary for them to improve their business.
About the Company
Humanatic is owned by Century Interactive, a call-tracking company located in Dallas, Texas.
The company currently employs full-time members and about 50,000 independent reviewers around the world.
A major requirement to joining Humanatic is to have a verified PayPal account.
Apart from it being the only payment method available, a verified PayPal account also serves as a valid form of identification to let Humanatic know that there’s someone REAL behind the account.
From there, you’ll be asked to complete a short application form that includes details such as employment history, language fluency, and so on.
Humanatic doesn’t do background checks nor asks for your CV.
As long as you have a PayPal account, you can sign up for a job.
The job here is to listen to a phone call and answer related questions form what you heard.
For most cases, you should indicate the reason for the call and if whether or not the call was handled effectively by the call center.
Most calls average at about 5 minutes in duration and you can complete them anytime you want.
However, calls are available between the hours of 7:00AM and 7:00PM US Time. So if you’re living outside the US, you may have to end up working early mornings or late evenings to get these calls.

How Much Money Can You Make?
Humanatic’s site claims that you can earn anywhere between $1 and $4.50 per hour, depending on your skill and accuracy.
However, there are complaints from the Internet about how they’re paying less than what they claim.
And I’ll get to these complains in the next 2 sections.
Who's Humanatic For?
Humanatic requires you to review calls, so if you’re patient, meticulous, and have great attention to details, then this should be a great program for you to check out.
However, if you’re looking for a source of full-time income, I would invite you to check out this step-by-step guide on affiliate marketing.
It’s free and it doesn’t require you to sign up for anything.
Humanatic Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 – Very Low Income Potential!
The FAQ states that they pay anywhere between $1 and $4.50 an hour, but testimonies out there tell us otherwise.
At the very least, you’re making a few cents per call, which is already lower than what they advised. This leads me to believe that their FAQ is exaggerated.
#2 – Double Deductions for Incorrect Answers!
The biggest complaint here is that you get deducted for incorrect answers provided, so you’re actually even less!
Humanatic has an audit system that checks your work and when they find errors, you’ll be deducted from your account balance.
Some complaints stated that they didn’t even make any errors or that the errors reported were incorrect, so they had to dispute it.
And the worst part here is that they don’t even mention this in their FAQ, so you’re blindsided by the fact that you’re losing more money than what you’re earning.
#3 – Accounts Deactivated!
A lot of users have complained about how their accounts got deactivated when they withdrew their money.
This is a common tactic usually done by sites that turn out to be scams, but this is highly disturbing coming from an actual company.
#4 – Not Enough Work!
You’d think that with a low payout, they’d make up for it through volume.
But that’s not the case.
There are only so many calls available to review in a day, and combine this with the US timezone, you’re quite at a disadvantage if you live outside the USA.
You may also have to wait a few minutes in between these hours to get new calls in your queue, so you’re going to have to refresh your page to get more work.
#5 – Their Site Is Very Slow!
This is also a hindrance to your income potential since you can’t go from one page to another, and you have to wait at least 30 seconds before the page completely loads.
The calls also take about 30 seconds to load for a segment, so that hinders your income potential further.
Most of the time you’re just waiting for things to load before you can start working.
What I Like About Humanatic?
As much as it’s a decent program, there’s just nothing that I like about Humanatic simply because of the major complaints.
It’s really hard to convince anyone at this point that there’s something good about this program.
Is Humanatic a Scam?
Humanatic provides you with a legitimate work-at-home opportunity by hiring you as a call reviewer.
But my biggest complaint about the program is that the income potential is very low, and I’m not just talking about their payout rate.
You get deducted for your wrong answers, which they don’t tell you before you sign up for the program.
There’s not enough work to go around, so you’re basically just waiting and refreshing the page to get your call queues.
