Is Univox a Scam? It’s a Legitimate Survey Program But…

Welcome to my Univox review!

Paid surveys aren’t just based on random questions geared towards demographics. Some are actually about products, specifically consumer feedback. The goal of these types of survey sites is to help business owners make better decisions about their products or services.

That’s why some survey sites hire market research companies to do this for them.

Today, we’re looking at one such survey site called Univox and we’re going to find out what they can actually do for you and their clients.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with XXX in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Is Univox a Scam Image Summary

Summary:  Univox is a paid survey program run by a market research company. The surveys that you do will be for their clients and their products and services. This isn't something that I'd recommend doing full-time, given that there's a lot of issues. Members are complaining about getting banned and not getting paid. The income potential isn't that great as well.

What is Univox?

Univox, or Univox Community, is a survey panel that provides income opportunity based on surveys. The surveys that they give out are based on different consumer products. Their goal is to provide companies with various feedback on their products and services based on actual consumers.

These feedback are generated via survey questionnaires made by Univox.

Univox is a panel owned by Market-Cube.com, a market research and online panel development that was established back in 2009.

Inside Univox

Univox accepts members from all around the world, as long as you meet the demographics and requirements.

You just need to be:

  • At least 18 years old at the moment you sign up
  • Equipped with a PayPal account to receive cash rewards

There are two phases to their signup:

  • First, the initial signup will ask for your email address and other information. You’ll then be asked to verify your email address before you can login.
  • The second signup will get your demographic profile so the site can match you with the surveys that you could qualify for.

Paid Surveys

The main gist of Univox is to fill out surveys for their clients. These surveys are based on their clients’ products and/or services.

But not all surveys are going to be made available to you. Your qualification is based on your demographic.

If you get approved to do a survey, they’ll take anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes. Payout is somewhere around 50 cents to $5 at most.

There are instances where you might think you qualify for a survey, but then get disqualified in the middle of it. Some survey sites won’t even pay you for the time wasted but you’ll get compensated for by Univox.

Univox Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Random Accounts Being Deactivated!

People have complained about their accounts being randomly deactivated or blocked. Some of them have been around for more than 3 years, and were suddenly blocked or closed.

This is weird considering that there was nothing that these people did to violate the terms and conditions of Univox.

#2 Survey Disqualifcation

Survey disqualification is common in a lot of survey panels, and some of them won’t even compensate you for the time you wasted.

Thankfully, there is a compensation plan for Univox users who get disqualified, so you’re not exactly wasting a lot of time.

#3 Lack of Customer Support

There’s also some issue with the lack of customer service and support coming from Univox. Members tried reaching out to their customer support to remedy their problems, such as having their accounts being returned, but they didn’t get any feedback from Univox.

What I Like About Univox?

#1 Disqualification Bonus

The fact that there’s a disqualification bonus means that Univox wants to make sure that your time is well spent on their site.

It may be small, up to 0.5 cents, but it’s actually better than getting nothing.

#2 Sign Up Bonus Is Impressive

There’s a $5 signup bonus that counts towards your actual balance, so you only need to work on $20 more to get your initial payout.

On top of that, their referral system is also decent enough that it actually makes it worth your while to bring in people to the program.

Is Univox a Scam?

Univox is a legitimate paid survey intermediary, and they’re run by a legitimate market research company. There’s just an issue with the income potential here, and it’s obviously that you can’t earn a full-time income here.

The issues that Univox has makes it a little bit disappointing:

  • Members complained about getting deactivated but not getting any feedback as to why make it look like you’re not entirely secure on your income.
  • The lack of customer support just makes it difficult to talk to the company in case there’s trouble.

If you want to earn a few bucks here and there, this might be worth checking out.
