What Is Vivri? Another Expensive MLM Opportunity!
Welcome to my Vivri review!
Probably the biggest niche in the MLM industry is the health and wellness niche. A lot of companies have made their name and reputation out of being the top. With that said, a handful of MLM companies are so huge they’re even sponsoring major athletes.
Today, we’re looking at a company called Vivri and we’re going to uncover what they have to bring to the table.
First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.
That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!
Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Vivri in any form.
So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.
Instead, I'm here to reveal what the company is all about.
Vivri Review Summary
Product Name: Vivri
Founder: Daniel Chavez Saul
Product Type: Health and Wellness MLM
Price: Starter packs - $299 to $999
Best For: No one
Summary: Vivri is a health and wellness MLM company that's relatively new in the industry. There's several things about the program that we don't like, from its expensive products to its recruitment-based incentives.
What is Vivri?
Vivri is a health and wellness MLM or Multi-Level Marketing company that operates out of Texas, USA.
The company was founded by Daniel Chavez Saul, who previously worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs and as a consultant for McKinsey & Company in several cities around the USA.
He graduated with a degree in Economics at Harvard University and earned his MBA from Stanford University.
The program launched sometime late 2017. We were unable to find Saul’s previous MLM experience (or it could be due to language barriers). It’s safe to assume that this is probably his first MLM company and could be running it based on his experience in the finance industry.

Does The Product Work?
Vivri is your typical health and wellness company, so the products are also typical of what you’d see in most legitimate MLM companies.
They use a combination of herbal and natural ingredients to ensure that you get the most out of their products. This is all great on paper, but it doesn’t mean anything if these claims aren’t backed by the FDA (or their counterparts).
In this case, if they want to market to the USA with therapeutic claims, they need to be verified with the FDA. This means that the products will need to be tested to determine the contents, quality, and quantity of ingredients.
But they can still operate without an FDA approval. They just can’t make any therapeutic claims, which they unfortunately did with the rise of Covid-19. They received a warning from the FTC, citing their products can help with Covid-19 symptoms. However, Saul easily remedied that by changing the website’s footer.
We haven’t seen any positive or negative feedback about the products either. This makes us think that if the products work, they work sufficiently enough that it’s not worth noting for the price you’re paying.
In terms of negative feedback, there are no reports of people complaining about side effects, so that’s a good thing.

Vivri Compensation Plan
Vivri is your typical MLM company and there’s nothing unique about it. The compensation plan is a cookie-cutter document that outlines the same thing that majority of MLM companies are offering.
There are 10 ranks to qualify for in Vivri, and allows you to enjoy higher commission percentages as you go up higher.
The retail commission is 30% for the products sold. This is basically just your retail profits as you get a 30% discount on wholesale.
You get a sponsoring sale every time someone you recruit wants to be a member like you. You earn 50% of any sponsoring sale you make.
Residual Personal Sales
The only way to qualify for residual personal sales, you will need to purchase the Imperial Smart Start Kit which will cost $1,000.
The main moneymaker to this part of the compensation plan is your personally recruited members.
Residually, you will earn 50% from your personals re-orders each month, but ONLY if you paid $1,000 for the Imperial Smart Start Kit.
Residual Monthly Sales Commissions
This is the meat of all MLM compensation plans. Residual commissions are based on how much products your team sells. This follows a unilevel compensation structure which accommodates direct and indirect recruitment. You get 10% on the first 5 levels and 5% on the succeeding levels.
Generation Bonus Commissions
This bonus is based on your monthly residual income that you earn from your downline team and is based on recurring product sales. Recurring product sales simply refer to monthly autoships.
Vivri Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Expensive Startup Costs
It costs about a few hundred bucks to get started with Vivri, so it’s kind of on the expensive side. The good thing here is that it’s not a pay-to-win system, meaning you still enjoy the compensation plan equally with people who brought the more expensive packages than you.
#2 Oversaturated Market
The health and wellness niche of the MLM industry is oversaturated. There are so many different brands and companies out there outside of the MLM industry as well that you’re competing against.
This makes it difficult to market Vivri products
#3 Recruitment-Based Incentives Outweight Sales Incentives
We didn’t expect Vivri to have a bigger focus on recruitment-based incentives than sales incentives.Your residual commissions are reliant on your members subscribing to the autoship, which to me is a one-sided grasp on forcing people to buy products. Companies like Herbalife and Vemma already received similar warnings for following this kind of business model.
You’ll find their warnings here and here.
What I Like About Vivri?
Vivri has nothing special to offer. For us, it’s just one of those dime-a-dozen MLM companies. Unless they can show us an income disclosure statement that proves their members are earning decent income, there’s just nothing to like about the company.
Is Vivri a Scam?
Vivri is a legitimate company that markets health and wellness products. But like I said, there’s nothing special about them.
The products are on the expensive side, and if you combine that on a saturated market like health and wellness, it’s going to be difficult to market them and the income opportunity itself.
The program’s reliant on recruiting people, making the retail sales incidental at best. They may not have intended for their business model to be like this, but they might still get a warning from the FTC.
However, we’re not against investing your time and money in this business. Sure, there are better ways to make money online, but we advise you to be cautious in investing in the company.
How I Make a Living Online?
I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.
Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.
The reason is simple...
- You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
- You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
- It's Free to get started
In fact, with affiliate marketing...
