What Is Vitae Rain Chat? Don’t Believe This Social Media MLM Scheme!

Vitae Rain Chat completely went under our radar because it wasn’t a MLM company when we first stumbled upon it. Nor was it something that we even considered to be an income opportunity worth reviewing.

When we first heard of Vitae Rain Chat, it went under the name Vitae, which was a crypto token program of sorts. This was developed by a guy named Michael Weber, based somewhere in the USA.

Before his involvement with Vitae Rain Chat, he was involved in several Ponzi schemes. The most notorious of them would happen to be BitConnect.

In 2017 he also launched a matrix-based Ponzi cycler called Coin Nuggets. Then that company collapsed and Weber joined BitConnect. BitConnect collapsed sometime in June 2018 and he went on to create Vitae.

Vitae started out as a revenue-sharing chat platform that worked on Discord. But that got shut down in June 2020, and went on to relaunch itself as Vitae Rain Chat.

The launch itself involved this crazy marketing video from Weber. In June 2020, a fraud warning was issued against Vitae by Vietnam.

Vitae Rain Chat Product Line

There are no retail products or services offered by Vitae Rain Chat. This wouldn’t be a big deal if they weren’t a MLM company.

But FTC guidelines stipulate that MLM companies should have retail products and/or services and that rewards for selling these should be the main focus. Anything otherwise would result in the company being flagged as a pyramid scheme.

Instead, Vitae Rain Chat has members purchasing adcredits for $25 so they can advertise their affiliate links and have people sign up for it.

Does The Product Work?

Vitae Rain Chat started out as a social networking platform, which claimed that you will be rewarded with Vitae tokens if you use their platform.

Vitae tokens are their own cryptocurrency which has absolutely no value in the market. Michael Weber can simply create these tokens at will and control the demand.

But that wasn’t really bought by a lot of people, and so Weber decided to upgrade it into a full-blown pyramid scheme.

Vitae tokens began as Ponzi points, and have been listed on a few exchanges. It hovered around the $1.x mark for quite some time but skyrocketed to a whopping $2.65 value since then. Now, these tokens have no use outside of their social media platform, and can’t be traded on the market.

Their business model is a simple Ponzi/pyramid hybrid. If you click through their marketing video I posted above, it’ll claim that the platform is free to join, but the free membership is severely limited.

Free Vitae Rain Chat members are spammed with ads and can only respond with “I Love Vitae” once per hour.

So, what happens? Obviously, members are forced to upgrade to a paid subscription in order to make some money. The monthly fee of $14.99 is the subscription fee, and Weber keeps $4.99 of every monthly payment.

Because Weber was considered to be one of the top promoters for BitConnect, there’s no doubt that he’s made quite a fortune during his time there. He might be using his earnings from BitConnect to fund his Vitae Rain Chat program, but that money’s finite.

Once the money’s dried out from his end and the recruitment stops, he’ll shut down this company and he’ll go on to rebrand it as another social media platform built on a MLM business model.

Right now, Vitae Rain Chat follows a social network and paid chatroom feature. All he needs now is a “trading bot” feature and he’ll have successfully cloned BitConnect.

There’s only one way to make money from their program and that’s through recruitment.

You get a $5 recruitment commission for each member you recruit, and it’s split down three levels of recruitment following a unilevel structure:

We’re pretty confident that Vitae Rain Chat is following his previous companies’ footsteps. Like we said, all that Vitae Rain Chat needs now is a trading bot feature and it’ll be BitConnect 2.0.

#2 Revenue Sharing Ponzi Scheme!

Vitae Rain Chat’s free membership is only a gimmick to lure you into buying the membership. You’re paying $14.99 to receive commissions on new recruits and a percentage of adcredit purchases by other members.

To me, that’s just a pure Ponzi scheme based on a revenue-sharing model!

#3 Worthless Coins

The coins they’re marketing in their presentation is completely worthless. They can generate as much tokens as they can without any cost and control their value.

The company can even print out millions of dollars’ worth of coin if they wanted to. The fact is, the industry just calls these as “shitcoins”, which are just coins that are absolutely nothing of value and is meant to control the supply and demand chain.

There’s nothing to like about Vitae Rain Chat.
