I understand there are two sides to this. Critics of Wealthy Affiliate will claim that this is another biased review by a Wealthy Affiliate member.

But I can guarantee you that this is one of the MOST HONEST & UNBIASED reviews online about Wealthy Affiliate.

How can I be so confident?

There's a reason for me to give Wealthy Affiliate a score of 90/100, unlike other WA members giving WA a score of 98/100 or even 100/100.

So, let's don't waste anymore time and let me uncover all the necessary things you need to know about Wealthy Affiliate.

Take Note! My goal here is to make critics of Wealthy Affiliate speechless because this is so authentic and unbiased that they have nothing to criticize about.

Currently, there are a lot of marketers promoting Internet Jetset / Super Affiliate System by John Crestani.

However, after I've taken a look inside their member's area, I found out that it's just simply a course.

Yes, you can learn valuable stuff but you can't build any websites unless you use John's affiliate link and sign up for Bluehost.

The reason why many marketers are promoting it is because of its lucrative affiliate program.

I can also promote it if I want to. But I'm not going to do that because I care for my readers more than just making money for myself.

But I highly doubt there is any. Even big companies out there can't do that. Most of them simply use an automatic bot and reply you auto-messages/Emails, right?

Let me ask you a question...

How many programs or forums or FB Groups have you joined?

And how many of them are really active & helpful with lots of new contents every single day?

Last but not least, how many of them allows you to chat with other members 24/7?

Probably none as well.

Even if there is, it's probably those type of groups where people simply keep posting their own links, advertisements and stuff.

It's really hard for you to find a "Real Community" where there are thousands of people logging in daily to discuss and learn about a specific business - Affiliate Marketing!

That's why I always say Wealthy Affiliate is a REAL COMMUNITY which is very different from many other forums or groups.

This is a very controversial point...

There are many programs out there which requires their members to promote their own membership.

Just take a look at programs like Digital Altitude, MOBE, Global Affiliate Zone, Legendary Marketer, etc.

All these programs require their members to purchase their own high-ticket product and then promote it to earn commission.

For majority of such programs, the only way for you to make money is by "recruiting" more people into the system.

If not managed carefully, they can turn into a pyramid scheme and get shut down my FTC just like what has happened to MOBE & Digital Altitude.

On the other hand, Wealthy Affiliate has it's own affiliate program and yes there are many people promoting it.

However, that's not their main focus...

You can check out their platform using the Free Starter Membership yourself. You'll see that the training you receive once you are in focuses on helping you to choose your own niche and build a website around your own interest.

So, it's totally different from the programs I mentioned above. You're not "forced" to promote WA. Not only that, you're not even encouraged to do that as a beginner.

For me personally, I started my journey with WA in a long distance relationship niche. This really shows that you can build your online business in any niche you want.

If you take a look at majority of the programs today, such as MOBE & Digital Altitude. They were once very popular and it seems like many people are getting rich with such seemingly powerful program.

But in the end, their business model cannot last. MOBE was only around for about 6 years while Digital Altitude only stayed for about 2 years before they got shut down by FTC.

On the other hand, Wealthy Affiliate has been in business for more than a decade and it's still doing pretty well despite all the haters criticizing it.

You know what's the funny thing about MOBE?

They even sued Wealthy Affiliate before because WA members are criticizing them. In the end, they are the one to get shut down and now officially labelled as SCAM!

What an irony!

Okay, enough of the benefits of Wealthy Affiliate. I'm sure many of you are interested to find out the downside of this program.

So, let me expose it to you without holding back anything, alright?

The training in Wealthy Affiliate is comprehensive but it's definitely not complete.

WA focuses a lot on organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as the method to drive free targeted traffic to your website.

The only paid traffic method that is officially covered in the training is Pay Per Click (PPC) for Bing & Google.

Wealthy Affiliate has some additional training on Facebook Ads as shown below:

They also have other training like YouTube video marketing, YouTube advertising, etc.

But I have to say honestly, Wealthy Affiliate is not the best place for you to learn paid traffic methods.

Instead, John Crestani's Super Affiliate System is a good course for that.

Wealthy Affiliate's training focuses a lot on helping you to...

• Set up a WordPress website from scratch​
• Write content for your blog
• Optimize your content/website for SEO and ranking
• Choose the right affiliate program/product to promote & earn a passive income

But one problem I observe for many WA members is that they struggle with the design and conversion of their website.

For me personally, I'm always learning on my own from various resources, not just Wealthy Affiliate.

I'm using the themes and plugins from Thrive Themes to design my professionally-looking website.

Not only that, I learnt a lot about how to structure your website & content to maximize conversion rate.

To be honest, these are considered higher level skills. So I can understand why it's not taught in Wealthy Affiliate, despite I think it is necessary.

This brings us to the next point...

Wealthy Affiliate markets themselves as "A Platform Designed For Affiliate Marketers Of All Levels":

But to be honest, it's mostly for beginners because all the training are geared towards helping complete newbies choosing niches, setting websites, things like that.

However, this doesn't mean intermediate or advanced marketers cannot benefit from Wealthy Affiliate.

Personally, I've connected with experienced internet marketers who joined Wealthy Affiliate just to tap on its affiliate program to create additional passive income source.

Many of them were already full-time internet marketers before they join WA. But they join Wealthy Affiliate to earn a couple of thousand dollars more per month.

Also, experienced internet marketers can benefit from WA by hosting their websites there because WA offers Free SSL Certificates to all Premium Members.

Since Wealthy Affiliate focuses mainly on Free traffic method from Google, it will definitely take a longer time as compared to using paid traffic methods. (But the good thing is that it's FREE!)

Basically, if you're a complete newbie, it can take you about 2 months to build up your foundation. 

You can expect sales coming in from the 3 to 6 months mark.

Realistically, it can take around 2 to 3 years for an average working adult to replace his or her full-time job.

But this is given that if you're consistent with your effort in your online business.

To be honest, not many people have that patience and discipline to work and wait for so long. That's why there are many people who so-called "failed" and gave up on Wealthy Affiliate.

It's not because the system doesn't work. It's because people don't have the patience to persevere that long.

So we can't blame Wealthy Affiliate for that.

Let's face it...

Regardless of which program you join, there's no overnight success.

In order for you to make real money online sustainably, it takes a lot of time and hard work.

Agree?

Many haters and critics of Wealthy Affiliate will say things like...

"WA members simply bash other programs just to promote themselves"

Being a successful Wealthy Affiliate Ambassador earning 4-Figure passive income a month, I'm very well aware of this.

In fact, I've come across many of such criticisms.

That's why I've written this post to address this issue.

I just want to say, Yes I agree that this is a problem, but it's only for some innocent newbies.

If you really go and study my website or other successful WA members' websites, we are very concerned about the legitimacy and authenticity of our product reviews.

You may say we are biased. But let me ask you...

Whichever product you're promoting, aren't you not biased?

There are both pros and cons for ALL products in the market. No product is perfect and no one is truly 100% honest.

What I believe is that Wealthy Affiliate is at least being more honest and authentic as compared to many programs out there.

This can be clearly seen by their system in place - it is so comprehensive yet they're not charging hundreds or even thousands of dollars like many programs out there.

Not only that, there's absolutely ZERO upsell in WA.

So, I'm proud to be a Wealthy Affiliate member. You may call me biased.

But hey! There's a reason why WA can be a sustainable community for more than a decade when other popular programs are being shut down one by one.

No, Wealthy Affiliate is definitely not a scam.

I'm a living proof that Wealthy Affiliate works for anyone, even for people like myself who has:

• NO College Degree
• NO working experience &
• Knows NOTHING about coding & programming!
