What Is SurveySavvy? It's Not A Savvy Survey Site!

What Is SurveySavvy? It’s Not A Savvy Survey Site!

Welcome to my SurveySavvy review!

What Is SurveySavvy?

Not all survey sites are made equal. Some are better than others. A few are decent enough to give you more than expected of a survey site. But the majority will just be either average or not worth your time.

This survey site has made itself quite a reputation, but not the good ones. But this is still a legitimate survey site, and if only they could get their program together, they’d be a very decent site.

Today, we’re reviewing a site called SurveySavvy.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with SurveySavvy in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Instead, I'm here to reveal why this isn't as savvy as we thought it would be.

SurveySavvy Review Image Summary

Summary:  SurveySavvy is kind of a 2-in-1 survey program and it's straightforward in how it works. Unfortunately, we don't want to recommend this program to anyone because of the many issues behind it. A couple of issues that plague this site include people not getting paid and some people not actually qualifying for the survey. There are a lot more that we found out and you'll know more about them in the article below.

What is SurveySavvy?

There are two parts that you need to understand about the company. SurveySavvy and SavvyConnect. Both programs are owned by an online market research site that partners with various companies that want to hear from their consumers.

SurveySavvy and SavvyConnect are two different programs with two different opportunities, but SurveySavvy appears to be the bigger of the two.

Both programs will collect information from you but through different means. We’ll talk more about the company later on in the article.

Both programs are owned and run by Luth Research, which is a market research company founded in 1993. Needless to say, they’ve got years of experience behind them.

Inside SurveySavvy

SurveySavvy appears to accept members from all around the world, as long as you meet the bare minimum requirements. This means that you have to be at least of legal age to participate in these surveys, have a decent Internet connection, and a working PayPal or bank account.

SurveySavvy’s focus is merely to provide surveys. Unlike other paid survey sites where they have alternatives to make money online, SurveySavvy only has you doing surveys and nothing else.

These surveys come from their clients who want to collect information from their consumers.

So this is what you can expect from the surveys:

1. These surveys are based on demographics, so you may not qualify for some of them. This is because companies want data coming from a group.

2. You may get an invite from these surveys if your demographic profile matches theirs. This profile is filled up during the signup phase.

Like all survey sites, the goal here is to generate accurate and relevant answers. This means that you can’t BS your way through these programs since you’re getting paid to do this.

Another way of earning money from the program is through their referral program.

2 Tiered Referral Program

They call this a 2-Tier Referral Program, which SurveySavvy claims to be the only referral system that they “patented”.

The program works like this:

1. You get incentives when you complete surveys

2. You get incentives when your recruits complete surveys

3. You also get incentives when your recruits’ recruits complete surveys

It’s kind of built like an MLM compensation plan structure where you earn off your recruits and their recruits.

What Is SavvyConnect?

All right, the other half of SurveySavvy is called SavvyConnect. They’re independent of one another but are still run by the same company.

This is a software that connects you to third-party online market research and will monitor your internet activity and behavior.

The purpose of this technology is to help companies understand what their consumers are doing online.

To put it simply, you’re being paid to surf online.

However, the software’s intent also drives me to my next point: privacy. From a marketing point of view, monitoring internet activity is quite harmless. And people installing SavvyConnect are made well-aware of their involvement with the software.

So if you’re concerned about something watching over your Internet usage, don’t install SavvyConnect. You can still work with SurveySavvy without installing this program.

Bottom line is that SurveySavvy and SavvyConnect guarantee that your information will not be marketed to anyone else or to be used for illegal and negligent methods.

How Do You Cash Out?

You can request to cash out at $1 worth of credits. Payments are made to your address on file via United States Postal Service and will take anywhere between 4 and 13 weeks after request.

There’s no mention if they also do PayPal and other payment methods.

Do Rewards Expire?

SurveySavvy’s rewards don’t expire, but they’ll charge you with $1 per month if you’ve been inactive for 12 months or more.

Who's SurveySavvy For?

SurveySavvy is a program that we can’t recommend to anyone else, and we’ll explain what we found out about the program that makes it just unappealing.

SurveySavvy Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Not Enough Surveys

People are complaining about not getting enough surveys, and also about not qualifying for them.

Various complaints coming from their BBB profile and TrustPilot profile led me to believe that either they don’t have enough surveys to around, or that their clients are looking for very specific demographics that the majority of the users don’t belong to.

#2 Not Getting Paid

The bigger problem here is that there’s a chance that you might not get paid. And this is a complaint shared by a lot of the users. You’ll find these complaints and more over at their BBB and TrustPilot profiles.

For some odd reason, people aren’t getting paid and it’s difficult to find out why exactly this is happening.

In this case, SurveySavvy just doesn’t look appealing because there’s a chance of not getting any money.

#3 Technical Issues

Issues are being reported that SavvyConnect causes conflict with other programs. The latter ends up not working properly or shuts down.

One good example here is that banking sites and apps don’t work with SavvyConnect installed, and mostly because the former sees it as a software that collects personal information. It’s not a keylogging software, but it’s still flagged by these sites and apps.

What I Like About SurveySavvy?

There’s just nothing to like about SurveySavvy, and that’s because they have a lot of issues behind them.

Is SurveySavvy a Scam?

SurveySavvy is not a scam as far as we’re concerned. We found the site to be severely underperforming and is plagued by a lot of issues. This is why we can’t recommend this program to anyone.

  1. The program has a lot of complaints from users who weren’t paid for their troubles. This affects the site’s income potential because of the fleeting chance that you may not get paid at all.
  2. The site also has qualification issues where people don’t get enough surveys. We don’t know if this availability issue comes from the quantity of surveys or if the demographics don’t match the surveys offered by SurveySavvy.

There are better programs out there that are worth your time, and those are worth looking into.
