What Is IX Global? A Masterclass Hiding A Securities Fraud Program!

IX Global was launched last year in 2020 as an educational platform / masterclass platform by Anita Davis, Helen Boyle, and Joe (Joseph) Martinez. On top of their platform, they have a MLM income opportunity to help you make money (supposedly). 

On their landing page, Martinez is credited as the sole founder of the company while Davis and Boyle make their appearance in the customer testimonials section. We don’t see the logic behind their appearances there too. 

Prior to IX Global, Joe Martinez was last seen promoting Kuvera Global, which was part of Investview, a company in the USA who’re open about commiting securities fraud. After collapsing multiple times, Kuvera’s last version is now iGenius. Boyle also appears to be a member of Kuvera, but we don’t know how extensive her participation in the company was. Among the three of them, Davis is the only one who doesn’t have anything related to MLM. 

But third-party research shows that Anita Davis was involved in IGOnline, which operated for a few years. This was a Forex automation service that rebranded to IX Global UK in March 2020. 

Davis and Boyle are based out in the UK while Martinez is based out in the USA, specifically Utah. 

IX Global Product Line

IX Global is a MLM company that markets a personal development app platform. Think of it as a personal development masterclass with multiple videos uploaded by multiple content creators. 

But hidden behind their masterclass is their income opportunity. And this is what we’re going to debunk. 

Subscribing to the masterclasses will also get you into the income opportunity. 

Does The Product Work?

IX Global is marketed as an educational platform hosted by their coaches, claiming to guide you through their transformative principles. These classes are free to attend as long as you’re subscribed to the program. 

But this is nothing more than a form of pseudo-compliance because what you won’t find anywhere on their website is information about their income opportunity. 

The video that discusses their income opportunity is unlisted on YouTube, meaning this is only posted or shared for members. 

So why do they not make the income opportunity public? Well, it’s so they don’t get tagged by the FTC. Why the FTC? It’s because the company operates out of USA, so the governing body for MLM companies is the FTC. 

What is their income opportunity then? 

Well, it turns out they’re marketing automated trading, so the usual BS for “making money while you sleep” is spewed. This constitutes passive income, which means they need to be registered and licensed by the SEC to carry out transactions involving securities. This means that the bare minimum offense members who make money from IX Global is securities fraud. 

The rest of their compensation plan is solely based on pyramid recruitment. Pay a fee every month and get paid to recruit others. 

Just like the older version, we’re not expecting IX Global to last. They’re either going to dry up their funding or they’re going to get shut down, whichever comes first.

There’s only one way to make money from IX Global and that’s through recruitment. There’s no incentive in selling the masterclass platform or any of that BS. 

How To Get Started with IX Global?

According to their marketing video, purchasing any of the membership will automatically sign you up for the income opportunity. 

1. $124.99 a month for Basic
2. $145 a month for Pro
3. $174.99 a month for Premium

The difference between all three is how much money you can earn from their passive trading opportunity. Obviously, the more money you dump, the more money you make. 

IX Global Compensation Plan

Again, their compensation plan is not available on their website. Rather, this was gathered through third-party research who scoured their marketing videos. 

The latest iteration of their compensation plan was uploaded in February 9th this year. 

iX Global Affiliate Ranks

There are eleven ranks within IX Global’s compensation plan. These ranks will determine how much money you make per team. 

The base requirement for moving up in rank is the minimum number of recruited people and then maintaining active memberships all across. 

Recruitment Commissions

There’s an undisclosed percentage fee paid out for recruitment commissions to IX Global members.

Their video cites $15 commission as an example of a commission payout for the recruitment of a specific rank. 

This means that you’re looking at about 10% commission from the fees paid. This commission is paid monthly every time the member renews their membership.

Residual Commission

IX Global’s residual commissions follow binary compensation structure. Your direct recruits are placed on two positions under you and serving as your left and right leg. 

Two more positions will spawn from these individual positions and so on. 

Residual commissions pay out between 10% and 20% of volume generated by the weaker binary team side. 

VIP Bonus

This is a 4-week bonus tied down to your downline membership fee volume. We know that PEV stands for Personal Enrollment Volume, which is the sale volume generated by personal recruitment. 

But we don’t know if that’s the same with IX Global’s compensation plan. 

Then there’s the MAU column, which we don’t have any idea what it’s about. 

#1 Lots of Secrets!

We don’t really know why they’re hiding their compensation plan. Why was it something that was exclusive only to the members? 

We assume that once members signed up for the program, they were pretty surprised that they could make money out of it. 

Our guess here is that they surprise you with the income opportunity so they have a bigger chance of making you stay a while longer. 

#2 Recruitment Incentives and Pseudo-Compliance!

Their masterclass platform is nothing but a pseudo-compliance to make themselves legitimate. How do we know that? 

Well, it’s not the main selling point of the program. You’re not making money here when you sell the class itself. You’re only making money by recruiting people into the program. 

This makes it just one big Pyramid scheme hiding behind an educational platform. 

#3 Securities Fraud!

We know that they promote an automated trading AI or software or whatever BS they could lure you in with. They still need to be registered with the SEC to carry out financial transactions for their clients. 

But because they’re not and they’re promoting passive income, they’re committing securities fraud. If you make money through this program, you could land yourself some serious jail time.

IX Global is just one big pyramid scheme. Nothing positive to mention about this program.

IX Global is a pyramid scheme hiding behind an educational platform, and that much we know. They’re very secretive about their compensation plan for unknown reasons, and that’s suspicious already. 

There’s no incentive in selling the educational platform because you’re only making money here when you recruit people into the program. There’s a huge difference between those two concepts. 

We’re expecting this program to close up soon because they either stop recruiting people or the FTC shuts them down.
