The Lotto Dominator Review – Can You Predict The Next Number? NO!
Welcome to my The Lotto Dominator review!
The lottery, no matter how you look at it, is the best example of how probability works.
With all of the numbers involved, there are a million possible combinations that literally gives you a one-in-a-million chance of winning.
But then this program claims that you can predict the outcome of lotteries.
Would you grab this chance of narrowing your chances of winning the lottery, or would you err on the safe side?
This is The Lotto Dominator.
First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.
That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!
Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with The Lotto Dominator in any form.
So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.
Instead, I'm here to reveal
The Lotto Dominator Review Summary
Product Name: The Lotto Dominator
Founder: Richard Lustig
Product Type: Money-Making System (Lottery Prediction)
Price: $97 for the e-book + Upsells
Best For: No
Summary: The Lotto Dominator claims that it can help you increase your chances of winning the lottery by predicting the next winning number with the help of the old winning numbers. But the truth is far from what it claims. There's no way to rig the concept of probability! That's why the system doesn't work as advertised! It may not be a scam, but it is a complete waste of your time.
What is The Lotto Dominator?
The Lotto Dominator is a lotto prediction system developed by a 7-time grand prize Lotto winner Richard Lustig.
You read that right. He’s won the Lotto grand prize 7 times.
Using his personal experience and mathematical analysis, he was able to figure out different ways to win the Florida Lottery.
And all of these are legitimate winnings, so there’s no hint of any inside job or any form of tampering.
Mr. Lustig spent nearly 20 years perfecting the required calculations until he finally hit the jackpot in August of 1997 at the Florida Fantasy 5.
Inside The Lotto Dominator
In reality, The Lotto Dominator is more of an e-book than a system.
It provides you with surefire methods for winning the lottery, according to the advertising.
The idea behind The Lotto Dominator is simple.
- You input winning numbers from the last few draws
- You run the formula to predict the most likely combinations for future draws
We can’t reveal the formula in this article, and we’ll tell you why in the next sections.
In-Depth Review On Lotto Dominator
The moment The Lotto Dominator loaded up, it was clear that there wasn’t any intention of providing quality content and how it was written.
The entire eBook is 181 pages long and divided into 20 chapters, all of which are very difficult to read.
The formatting is inconsistent and the fonts are all over the place.
Navigation is a nightmare, especially if you want to jump in between chapters.
Let’s take a look at the sample page:
Right off the bat, the third-party reviews were right about the page and its inconsistencies.
Here’s a rundown of what you can expect:

Chapter 4: Why Quick Picks are your worst enemy
Chapter 5: Auto-Lotto Processor (1st upsell)
Chapter 6: Focusing on games that are easiest to win
Chapter 7: Having the winning mindset
Chapter 8: Learning from past winners
Chapter 9: Lottery number games
Chapter 10: Keeping the balance
Chapter 11: Ditching the Quick Picks
Chapter 12: When you buy your tickets
Chapter 13: Go for additional draws
Chapter 14: Scratch tickets

Chapter 16: Picking your numbers
Chapter 17: How many cards to play

The actual content is just as bad, but there are a few helpful tips that you can find on the book.
And these helpful tips can be looked up for free over the Internet.
As you progress through the chapters, some of the tips are contradicted and the book even tells you to use your winnings on more lottery tickets.
In one chapter, the book tells you to not spend your winnings at all.
So, what’s the deal here then?
A lot of the content on this e-book are nothing more than unnecessary fluff, and even worse, you’ll find that the contents are recycled throughout the book, so the same topics are discussed differently in different chapters.
If this was done right, the book could’ve been condensed down to a few pages.
What About The Secret Formula?
The formula that The Lotto Dominator advertises is not even in the e-book.
Why is that?
Mostly because it doesn’t exist.
The e-book is nothing more than a bunch of tips strung together to create something remotely readable.
The software, which is separate from the e-book, is not that useful.
All it does is basically supplement what you’ve read in the book and runs a random number generator to give you a lottery combination.
How to Get Started with The Lotto Dominator?
The Lotto Dominator costs $97 for the e-book alone, and then there are upsells presented to you once you buy the book.
Upsell 1: The Auto Lotto Processing System – $127 per month
For such an expensive monthly fee, this is the software that Lustig recommends you use with the most recent winning numbers.
The magic of this future-predicting software gives you the numbers with the highest chances of being picked for that week.
This is a bold claim if it were true.
Even if you choose the winning numbers from the same system, your chances of winning are always the same.
Lotto balls don’t wait in line to be released in any order and they have the same probability of being picked this week as they did last week.
Anything else above that is superstition and false math.
Upsell 2: Scratch Off Secrets
This upsell gives you an in-depth look at how you can increase your chances of winning with scratch tickets.
How’s that done?
They just tell you to buy batches of 10 of the same scratch off tickets instead of buying different ones.
Just like playing roulette in a casino, it doesn’t matter how much you’ve bought or spent, the house always win.
The only difference here is that scratch tickets will just help you lose your money quicker.
Who's The Lotto Dominator For?
If you want to gamble, then let me tell you right now that your money is better off someplace else.
There’s no one that I would recommend The Lotto Dominator for.
And I’ll explain why in the next section.
The Lotto Dominator Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 - You Can’t Rig Probability!
There’s no way to rig probability, even if you get it down to the math.
It’s possible to win the lottery, and people do win lotteries no matter which country you’re in.
But this product claims to increase your chance of winning to attract those with the “get rich quick” mindset.
Your chances of winning the lottery are 1 in 14 million, with or without The Lotto Dominator.
Playing the lottery is not the same as playing poker where’s there’s a finite combination and there’s a way for you to count the cards to predict your chances of winning.
#2 - He Keeps Changing The Names Of His Programs!
Richard Lustig is a mastermind of The Lotto Dominator and many other programs such as:
- Lotto Crusher System
- Lottery Winner’s University
- Lotto Magic
- Richard’s Lottery Secrets
The website layouts are different and the promo videos slightly more unique than the last one, but the concept is the same.
They still claim to be able to increase your odds of winning the jackpot.
#3 – Bad Reviews From Customers!
I’m keeping the review of this program as objective as I can by providing you with logical reasons why this program doesn’t make sense.
But what about those that bought the book and are actually far more hurtful in what they have to say.
Here’s what people actually say about the books:
That Amazon Feedback takes the cake too!
#4 – Upsells!
The entire system, which are the e-book and the software, costs about $200 on your first payment and then $127 per month on the use of the system.
The entire point of upsells is to get you to add more to the cart in the hopes of buying on impulse.
These programs that are part of the upsells won’t actually supplement what the e-book is providing you with, and is merely a way for the owner to get more money out of you.
What I Like About The Lotto Dominator?
There’s nothing I like about The Lotto Dominator, and not because it’s a scam, but it’s marketing something that doesn’t work.
Is The Lotto Dominator a Scam?
The Lotto Dominator is something that I would not recommend that you’d invest your money in. I wouldn’t call it a scam either because I have no proof that it’s one.
The owner of the program actually exists and has appeared multiple times on TV.
However, there are just things about the program that doesn’t sit well with me.
The program claims that you can increase your chances of winning the lottery, but that’s not how probability works.
It’s marketing something that doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. And you can even see the negative customer feedback!
And for me, that’s more than enough to turn this program down and give it the review it deserves.
