As you progress through the chapters, some of the tips are contradicted and the book even tells you to use your winnings on more lottery tickets.
In one chapter, the book tells you to not spend your winnings at all.
So, what’s the deal here then?
A lot of the content on this e-book are nothing more than unnecessary fluff, and even worse, you’ll find that the contents are recycled throughout the book, so the same topics are discussed differently in different chapters.
If this was done right, the book could’ve been condensed down to a few pages.

The formula that The Lotto Dominator advertises is not even in the e-book.
Why is that?
Mostly because it doesn’t exist.
The e-book is nothing more than a bunch of tips strung together to create something remotely readable.

This is a bold claim if it were true.
Even if you choose the winning numbers from the same system, your chances of winning are always the same.
Lotto balls don’t wait in line to be released in any order and they have the same probability of being picked this week as they did last week.
Anything else above that is superstition and false math.
Upsell 2: Scratch Off Secrets
This upsell gives you an in-depth look at how you can increase your chances of winning with scratch tickets.
How’s that done?
They just tell you to buy batches of 10 of the same scratch off tickets instead of buying different ones.
Just like playing roulette in a casino, it doesn’t matter how much you’ve bought or spent, the house always win.
The only difference here is that scratch tickets will just help you lose your money quicker.
Who's The Lotto Dominator For?
If you want to gamble, then let me tell you right now that your money is better off someplace else.
There’s no one that I would recommend The Lotto Dominator for.

There’s no way to rig probability, even if you get it down to the math.
It’s possible to win the lottery, and people do win lotteries no matter which country you’re in.
But this product claims to increase your chance of winning to attract those with the “get rich quick” mindset.
Your chances of winning the lottery are 1 in 14 million, with or without The Lotto Dominator.
Playing the lottery is not the same as playing poker where’s there’s a finite combination and there’s a way for you to count the cards to predict your chances of winning.
#2 - He Keeps Changing The Names Of His Programs!
Richard Lustig is a mastermind of The Lotto Dominator and many other programs such as:

The website layouts are different and the promo videos slightly more unique than the last one, but the concept is the same.
They still claim to be able to increase your odds of winning the jackpot.

The entire system, which are the e-book and the software, costs about $200 on your first payment and then $127 per month on the use of the system.
The entire point of upsells is to get you to add more to the cart in the hopes of buying on impulse.
These programs that are part of the upsells won’t actually supplement what the e-book is providing you with, and is merely a way for the owner to get more money out of you.

There’s nothing I like about The Lotto Dominator, and not because it’s a scam, but it’s marketing something that doesn’t work.
Is The Lotto Dominator a Scam?
The Lotto Dominator is something that I would not recommend that you’d invest your money in. I wouldn’t call it a scam either because I have no proof that it’s one.
The owner of the program actually exists and has appeared multiple times on TV.
However, there are just things about the program that doesn’t sit well with me.
The program claims that you can increase your chances of winning the lottery, but that’s not how probability works.
It’s marketing something that doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to. And you can even see the negative customer feedback!
