What is Viral Market?

Viral Market is one of those sites that’s just popping up like crazy. They claim that you can make a ton of money from them just by becoming a social media influencer.

Some of their sister sites even claim that you can earn $500 per day, but Viral Market plays it down a bit by saying you can just earn $150 at most per day.

On their website, they mentioned that they were founded back in 2015 but a WhoIs search easily debunked that. Turns out they’re just barely a year old.

Right away I immediately knew that there was something wrong about what they posted on their landing page.

What’s even strange, but not surprising to me, is that there’s no information about who’s behind the operations. There’s no name given anywhere, but just a company name called Zindex, which doesn’t even exist. A quick Google Search leads me to believe that there’s no such thing as Zindex.

Inside Viral Market

Viral Market is a site that tries to get your information such as name, contact details, and address through their online surveys and tasks. But they don’t really make it that obvious.

One of the sites that we reviewed named Tap2Earn outrights ask for your contact information when you sign up and sells it immediately to their clients.

So, what’s their business model then?

Viral Market follows a simple survey and GPT business model where they post tasks and incentivizes you to complete them by offering neat rewards.

However, this is just the surface. After writing hundreds of survey reviews, I can immediately spot fake survey and rewards site from a mile away.

Did Someone Say Fake Surveys?

Okay, so they have this task wall that appears to change very few days. When you complete these tasks, you’ll be credited with $30 which you can cash out. But they won’t let you.

Is Viral Market a Scam - Fake Tasks

Here’s why I think these are fake:

  • Legitimate survey sites and rewards programs will never pay you that much for joining a competition. It just won’t make sense mathematically.
  • Even as an affiliate of these products, there’s no way to sustain this payout unless their clients are paying them enough. Most of the time, clients don’t.
  • And come on, it’s clearly obvious: $1,000 gift voucher for Walmart or a $100 voucher for McDonalds? Really?

These tasks are meant to collect your contact information, usually your email first. When you click submit, you’ll be taken to another page totally unrelated to the rewards and then they’ll ask you basic questions such as name, age, sex, and so on.

After completion, it tells you that you’ve qualified for the X voucher. It doesn’t mean you’ve won it. You’re just qualified to join the competition, which doesn’t really exist. These are not approved by any of the brands they’re pirating.

Your Email Address Will Go 'Viral'

Viral Market will make your email addresses go viral, and they’ll be selling your contact information to their clients (supposedly third-party market research agencies and its clientele). You’ll then be hit with emails from different spammers, such as these:

If you make the mistake of clicking on these emails, you’ll be taken to another scam site, and this time, claiming that you could make $500 every single hour.

Does Viral Marketing Even Make Money From Advertising?

No.

There’s just no possible or feasible way for them to make money with the amount of money they’re paying out.

Your typical advertising revenue pays an average of $20 to $25 for the best networks such as Ezoic and Media Vine. That’s about 2.5 cents per visitor.

But let’s play along with their numbers for a bit, shall we?

They average about $150 per day, or about $2000 in average per user. 225,000 users earning $2,000 a month equates to $450 million!

To make get this money out to their customers, they need to be paid more than $450 million by their clients advertising to them.

Do you think McDonalds or Walmart is willing to shell out millions of dollars for online advertisement? Sure, but definitely not with Viral Market.

Who's Viral Market For?

Absolutely no one. Viral Market is obviously a scam, and everyone should know about it. In the next section, I’ll explain the red flags I found throughout this review.

Viral Market Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Unknown Owner

You won’t find any information about who runs the program, so there’s one red flag. There’s only one name associated with Viral Market and it’s Zindex. But as we mentioned earlier, this company doesn’t exist.

So the big question is, who runs this site? More importantly, who runs this huge network of scams?

#2 Over-Hyped Earnings

Their over-hyped earnings were easily disproven thanks to the simple math above. If you follow our list of legitimate survey and GPT sites, you’ll know that these companies won’t pay even close to what Viral Market is paying its users.

There’s just no feasible and logical way to carry out that much payout and be able to sustain a business at the same time.

All that Viral Market does is present itself as a get-rich-quick scheme but in reality, it’s merely a site that fishes for contact information to sell to their clients. You won’t get paid for being spammed too.

#3 Fake Testimonials

Viral Market does not shy away from using fake testimonials and it’s obviously clear too. None of the testimonials you see on their landing page are authentic because none of their users got paid.

Is Viral Market a Scam - Fake Testimonials

You see, Viral Market doesn’t let you cash out and they won’t even let you get in touch with their support. They have an email address and phone number that you can call, but users reported not being able to get in touch with them.

So, I doubt these testimonials are real.

What I Like About Viral Market?

Viral Market is not fooling anyone, or at the very least, experienced marketers like us. So no, there’s nothing that I like about this program.

This program is straight up 100% BS.

Is Viral Market a Scam?

Viral Market is nothing more than an outright scam that wants to get your email address and other important information so they can sell to their clients. We discovered three red flags that were easily debunked by a quick Google search, some math, and some common sense:

  • There’s no owner information and there’s no such thing as Zindex, the company that supposedly owns this site.
  • The overly-hyped income is not feasible for their business model. We did the math. Trust me. Not even the top ad companies are asking for that much money from their clients.
  • Testimonials are faker than breast implants, let me tell you that. No one’s made money from their program, so that’s why no one’s saying anything good about them. They decided to fake it to make them look legit.

Stay away from this program and its sister sites.
