It’s just the second month of 2021 and we’ve already exposed quite a fair number of Ponzi schemes. These schemes are usually hiding behind get rich-quick income opportunities in order to entice people. They promise hundreds of percent of ROI in a matter of days, but we all know that’s never going to happen.

What is Tron Magic?
Tron Magic presents itself as a MLM or multi-level marketing company that operates in the cryptocurrency investment niche. Their premise is they can get you a promised daily ROI spread out in a set number of days.
Tron Magic uses TRX or TRON as their cryptocurrency of choice to pay out commissions and to receive investments.
There’s no information posted anywhere on the website that lets us know who owns it, or who runs it for that matter.
According to their domain WhoIs info, their domain was registered privately on August 2020. This means one of two things:
Their old program was recently shut down and they’ve rebranded into Tron Magic.
It’s part of a huge network of cryptocurrency Ponzi schemes
Either way, they claim they’re all about transparency on their landing page but they don’t let us know who owns the company.
Weird, right?
Tron Magic Product Line
As suspected, we were unable to find retail products or services after browsing through their website.
What this means is that their only source of income for the new members is investments, and that means having to recruit people.

Does The Product Work?
Let’s look at what we have found so far.
First, we don’t know who the owners are so the lack of transparency is anything but inspiring.
There’s no contact information either, so once you go into the program, you might as well just hand over your money.
Let’s talk about their income opportunity then.
They promise that they can generate 3% daily ROI for the 100 days, bringing you to a total of 300%.
Any company that could generate a consistent 3% daily ROI wouldn’t need investments. They could just churn that out and make themselves rich. There’s no point in selling that program to anyone unless you charge them a commission for the payout.
Which brings me to my next point.
There’s no proof of external income generated to sustain the company. The only verifiable source of income is through new member investments to pay out members on the higher ranks.
We have more than enough reason to believe that this is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme.
Once the recruitment stops, the money stops coming in too.
How To Make Money with Tron Magic?
There’s only one way to make money from Tron Magic and that’s through recruitment. You recruit people so they can invest into the program.
If you don’t recruit, you don’t make any money.
How To Get Started with Tron Magic?
You need to invest a minimum of 100 TRX to get started with their income opportunity. This puts you at about $4.8 at this time of writing.
The maximum investment is 100,000 TRX or $4,800.
Tron Magic Compensation Plan
Tron Magic’s compensation plan is straightforward and pretty much convinces us that they’re a pyramid scheme.
ROI Commission
You earn 3% daily ROI from your investment in a span of 100 days. That brings you to a total of 300% in that timeframe.
The withdrawal fee is 3%, but you can only withdraw 20% of your investment at a time.
Referral Commissions (Unilevel)
Tron Magic pays out referral commissions by following a unilevel compensation structure.
If you’re not familiar with how this looks like, it looks like this:
The first level of your compensation plan contains all of your personally recruited members, or what we call direct recruits.
The second level will contain members your first level members recruited, or what we now call as indirect recruits.
And this goes on and on until the 10th level
You cap out at 10 levels on their referral commissions. You earn a percentage of investments made by these levels.
Tron Magic Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Lack of Transparency
There’s no owner information posted anywhere on their site. One might argue that because they operate in the cryptocurrency space, anonymity is the norm. But they’re a MLM company and regulators such as the FTC require owner information so they know who to go after when things start to fall apart.
We don’t even know where they operate. They may say they operate out in the UK with some fancy incorporation and fake address, but in reality, they’re somewhere in an unknown part of the globe hiding in someone’s basement.
#2 No Proof of External Income
We don’t really see how this program is generating income outside of new member investment. It also doesn’t make sense either when they’re getting people to invest in the program without asking for commission.
The reason why you need external income is to help keep the company afloat. To pay off other members, they rely on recruitment and new investments.
#3 Recruitment Is Key!
Lastly, Tron Magic is a Ponzi scheme because it’s just a recruitment-based scheme. The incentives are there for when you recruit people into the program

What I Like About Tron Magic?
There’s nothing to like about Tron Magic because it’s one big scam.
Is Tron Magic a Scam?
Tron Magic is nothing but a pyramid scheme hiding behind a MLM income opportunity. There’s just nothing on their program that makes sense from a legitimate MLM standpoint.
The incentives are solely focused on recruitment, so you have to recruit people to get your money back.
There’s no proof that external income is generated to sustain the company or to pay off members. The only verifiable source of income is through new member investments.
Their business model, as a whole, does not make any sense and you should stay away from programs like these.
How I Make a Living Online?
I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.
Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.
The reason is simple...
- You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
- You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
- It's Free to get started
In fact, with affiliate marketing...
