Make Real Estate Real is a training course on how to make money through flipping houses, which is a real estate term for buying and selling houses. 

The program does a good job of explaining the process, but it’s not really something that you can instantly get into just because you want to.

We’ve dug around and we can’t seem to find a refund policy for Make Real Estate Real. It’s not illegal to not have a refund policy, but it does put a hamper on your decision to get into the course. 

Honestly, what happens when you feel like this isn’t the course for you? It’s not like they have a free trial to begin with. 

#2 Tough Business

Real estate investing is not meant for everyone. It’s expensive to get started, and takes a while before you can make a profit. It also depends on where you actually are, so there’s that to consider.

Jemal King clearly knows his stuff because of the way he developed the course. It’s affordable enough so people who want to learn about the process can get started, but then again, it’s not just something you can decide to do. 

#2 Decently Priced

For a thousand dollars, you’re getting a comprehensive course on real estate investing. Most real estate investment training courses are expensive, and will cost you up to tens of thousands of dollars. Jemal made this course affordable, but just because it’s cheap, doesn’t mean you can get started for cheap too.

Make Real Estate Real is a legitimate training course on real estate investing. The course is comprehensive and covers a lot of ground. It’s decently priced, but it doesn’t have any refund policy.
