What Is GainBTT? A BitTorrent Crypto Ponzi Scheme!

GainBTT is a cryptocurrency investment program / MLM company, but it doesn’t really say it outright. Their landing page does not provide any information on who runs the company or who owns it for that matter. 

To make themselves look legit, they even got a UK incorporation under GainBTT LTD. This does not have any bearing on how legitimate their company is. 

For the information of everyone, UK incorporation is meaningless because it’s cheap and unregulated. People can get it easily without getting too many questions asked. 

Alexa rankings have placed India as the top source of traffic for GainBTT, with Sri Lanka coming in 2nd. It might be safe to assume that GainBTT operates out of either country. 

But we believe that they’re in India because they use Crore, which denotes ten million. This is a denomination used in India, but is also used in surrounding countries. 

GainBTT Product Line

There are no retail products or services offered by GainBTT. They only offer access to the income opportunity, which requires you to invest and recruit. 

Does The Product Work?

GainBTT is a simple Ponzi scheme, and operates in the cryptocurrency niche. There’s nothing more complicated than that. 

Members sign up and invest in their BitTorrent token, and are promised advertised returns for their investments. 

However, there’s nothing to prove on here or anywhere that proves they generate income outside of recruitment. And by recruitment, we mean generating new member investments. 

When new members invest, the funds generated are used to pay off ROI for the members belonging in the upper tiers. These funds trickle down up to the very bottom, and assuming that there’s even cash lef

There’s only one way to make money from GainBTT and that’s through new member recruitment. 

How To Get Started With GainBTT?

Membership is free, but to participate in their income opportunity, you need to invest a minimum of 2250 BTT. This investment is done through their in-house app.

GainBTT Compensation Plan

GainBTT invest tokens based on advertised ROI: 

• invest 2250 BTT and get 225%

• invest 4500 BTT and get 250%

• invest 9000 BTT and get 270%

• invest 45,000 BTT and get 300%

• invest 90,000 BTT and get 360%

These returns are paid daily between 1% and 10%, until the mentioned caps are reached. Then reinvestment is needed to continue earning after cap. 

Referral Commission

GainBTT earn a 25% commission of BTT invested by their personally recruited members.

Residual Commissions

GainBTT’s residual commissions are paid out through a binary compensation structure. A binary structure places you at the top of your team. 

Two positions are opened under you, and are labeled as your level 1 or first level. Once these positions are filled, two new positions open up under your first level. These new positions are now your second level. It goes on infinitely in theory as long as positions are filled per level. 

The first level residual commission is paid out on a 2:1 matching ratio. After that first run, matched funds are 1:1 on both binary team sides. 

Manager Bonus

GainBTT members who have five hundred members on both sides of their team earn a residual 3% commission rate on top of their residual commissions. 

To qualify as manager, you need to recruit members who invest at least 40 SH points per week.

Rewards

GainBTT rewards their members with bonus BTT when they reach significant investment milestones. These are tracked via invested packages and labeled as SH points:

• a 2250 BTT investment gives you 1 SH point

• a 4500 BTT investment gives you 2 SH points

• a 9000 BTT investment gives you 4 SH points

• a 45,000 BTT investment gives you 20 SH points

• a 90,000 BTT investment gives you 40 SH points

Reward qualification criteria tallies up SH points on both sides of the team. 

• earn 4 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 450 BTT

• earn 20 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 1800 BTT

• earn 40 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 3600 BTT

• earn 200 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 18,000 BTT

• earn 400 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 72,000 BTT

• earn 2000 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 360,000 BTT

• earn 4000 SH points on both sides of the binary team and get 1,800,000 BTT

#1 Ponzi Scheme!

The only way to make money off of this program is through recruitment, and if that’s not a Ponzi scheme red flag, then I don’t know what is. 

The program does not have any other means to generate ROI other than new member investment, and you only recruit people when you want them to invest. 

#2 Rebooted!

On one of their social media pages, you’ll find that GainBTT is dubbed as Version 2.0. It’s safe to assume that GainBTT is probably a reboot of an old Ponzi scheme that shut down earlier. 

Based on the Ponzi schemes that we exposed this year and the last year, the likes of GainBTT never really last for a year. At most, they can only go with the scam for 3 months before they get flagged. 

#3 Fake UK Incorporation

A UK incorporation is meaningless because it’s exploited and abused by MLM ponzi schemes and other fraudulent businesses. It doesn’t give businesses permission to carry out financial activities and transactions on behalf of their clients either. 

But a UK incorporation is one of the most common MO’s that a lot of the Ponzi schemes follow. They think that this document makes them look legit, when in fact, it doesn’t.

There’s nothing to like about GainBTT. It’s just a Ponzi scheme. 

GainBTT is a Ponzi scheme, and there’s no other way to say it. There’s no proof that they’re carrying out legitimate activities on behalf of their members, nor is there any proof that they’re generating ROI through any other mean. 

Recruitment is the source of income for this company, and the new members’ investments are used to pay off the members at the higher tiers. You will never make any money as long as you’re at the bottom. Well, unless you’re part of the management team, you’ll never make money here regardless. 

I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.
