Liv Labs Review - Another CBD Supplement MLM Company!

Liv Labs Review – Another CBD Supplement MLM Company!

Welcome to my Liv Labs review!

CBD products marketed by MLM companies are uncommon. In fact, we’ve reviewed a handful of MLM companies that retail these products, mostly because they’re still considered untapped in the health and wellness niche on the MLM side of things.

But are these companies good enough to give you a full-time income? We’ll find out.

Today, we’re reviewing Liv Labs.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Liv Labs in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Instead, I'm here to reveal what this MLM company is about...

What is Liv Labs?

Liv Labs Review - Landing Page

Liv Labs Review - Landing Page

Liv Labs is a MLM company that markets CBD products. CBD stands for Cannabidiol, one of the two active ingredients found in Cannabis plants, or what people refer to as Marijuana.

CBD is an ingredient that’s responsible for the medicinal benefits of Marijuana, minus the psychological effects. When CBD is extracted from a cannabis plant, the second active ingredient, THC or tetrahydrocannabinol, is removed. This ingredient is responsible for the plant’s psychological effects.

To put it simply, CBD is the oil extracted from cannabis and infused in various products so users can enjoy its medicinal benefits.

Liv Labs was incorporated back in August 2018 with LaCore Enterprises’ owner Terry LaCore as the Sole Director of the company.

A domain dispute was filed in 2017, citing that Meridian International LLC does business as LIV Labs and was established in 2015. In 2017, it started to pre-sell products under the LIV label, entering into an agreement with a supplier.

LaCore Enterprises owns majority interest in Meridian International, so it comes as no surprise that they’re the supplier for Meridian.

On Liv Labs’s website, they list LaCore Enterprises’ corporate address in Texas. The second reference to LaCore is LaCore Nutraceuticals, which is found on Liv Labs’s products sheets.

Liv Labs were founded by David and Debbie Reeder, who were cited as Veema’s (another health and wellness MLM company) top sellers.

Veema was shut down by the FTC after being classified as a $200 million Pyramid scheme. Veema settled the charges not long after and agreed to drop the pyramid scheme type of recruitment that the business was known for.

You can read more about Veema in our separate review here.

Does The Product Work?

Liv Labs’s retail focus is solid, much like Lifocity, but we’re not fans of how LaCore Enterprises are carrying out these corporate shenanigans.

Their compensation plan is typical of any MLM company. Retail customers go through member ranks, earn and generate Personal Volume, and more.

Liv Labs’s products are nothing really spectacular, unfortunately. If they want to be a step above their competitors, they’d have to get their products tested by the FDA and other agencies. But this will cost them money, and once they’re approved, they’re going to be forced to up their price tag to make up for the testing expenses.

You can read more about Lifocity products and see for yourself how good they are.

Retail Commissions

Liv Labs pays out retail commissions following a unilevel compensation structure. This structure places you at the top of the team.

Your direct recruits are placed under you and become your level 1 team.

Whenever your level 1 team members recruit, the new recruits are placed under them. These recruits become your level 2 members, and subsequently, their own level 1 members.

This goes on infinitely in theory but Liv Labs caps out at 4 unilevel team levels. Commissions are paid out as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited members) – 40%

  • level 2 – 5%

  • levels 3 and 4 – 10%

Residual Commissions

Liv Labs pays out residual commissions following the same unilevel team structure for retail commissions, except this one caps out at 12 unilevel teams.

  • Active Partners earn 5% on level 1 (personally recruited members)

  • VIP Partners earn 5% on levels 1 and 2

  • 3K VIP Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 3

  • 9K VIP Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 4

  • 15K VIP Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 5

  • 30K VIP Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 6

  • 60K VIP Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 8

  • Diamond Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 9

  • Double Diamond Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 9 and 1% on level 10

  • Triple Diamond Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 9 and 1% on levels 10 and 11

  • Black Diamond Partners earn 5% on levels 1 to 9 and 1% on levels 10 to 12

Their compensation plan also has several bonuses tied in to promotions, meeting sales volumes, and so on. But we won’t be discussing them further.

Liv Labs Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 CBD Is Difficult To Market!

CBD supplements are difficult to market because not all countries or states in the USA have legalized the use of CBD, let alone medicinal marijuana.

Even if you do live in a state or country that legalizes CBD products, you’re competing in a saturated market because there are already big brands, and non-MLM ones at that, which are more affordable and more effective.

#2 Expensive To Get Started

You’re looking at spending a couple hundred dollars to get started, so right off the bat, you’re already trying to catch up with expenses. Thankfully, there’s no autoshipping here so you have full control of how you want to stock up on inventory.

#3 MLM Is Not Sustainable!

Liv Labs does not really entice you into investing in the program because it’s just not sustainable. Health and wellness MLM companies, whether or not they sell CBD products, just have a hard time competing against big-named commercial brands and fighting the stigma of being a MLM company.

If you want passive income online, you’re better off with affiliate marketing.

What I Like About Liv Labs?

There’s nothing to like about Liv Labs.

Is Liv Labs a Scam?

Despite their parent company’s corporate shenanigans, Liv Labs is a legitimate MLM company that markets CBD supplements.

Unfortunately, this is a business model that we can’t recommend to anyone because it doesn’t really give you a full-time income. It doesn’t help that CBD products can be difficult to market in this day and age. Much like any other health and wellness supplement, CBD supplements already have established commercial brands whose products have gone through rigorous testing and FDA approval.

Liv Labs has no FDA approval or has not done any testing of any kind on their products. This does not make them illegal, but it does beg the question “how effective are their products?”.

How I Make a Living Online?

I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.

The reason is simple...

  • You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
  • You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
  • It's Free to get started

In fact, with affiliate marketing...

I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!

Through my own hard work, I went from a broke restaurant waiter to living my dream laptop lifestyle in less than a year's time...
