The founders of PlanNet Marketing are Don Bradley and Andy Cauthen, both of whom have extensive experience in the MLM industry and as entrepreneurs.

Bradley boats of over 2 decades of experience in marketing, sales, and product distribution. He’s also achieved top ranking positions in the MLM industry and has been recognized as one of most successful marketers in the last 15 years.

Prior to his involvement with PlanNet Marketing, Bradley was the Vice President of Marketing and the top-earner for another MLM company called Paycation, which operates in the same niche as PlanNet Marketing.

On the other side, Cauthen joined YTB International in 2004 and was appointed President and COO 2 years after. He also got reappointed as CEO and President of YTB in May 2012.

PlanNet Marketing Product Line

As mentioned earlier, PlanNet Marketing operates in the travel niche and they offer different services in this area.

As a member of their opportunity, you’re given access to their booking platform in the form of a custom website where your customers can book tickets and accommodations. When your customers book through your portal, you earn a commission.

Reading through their website and other documentation, PlanNet Marketing doesn’t appear to have any quotas or minimum requirement to join and maintain your membership.

The company even states that you can do this part-time or full-time.

The portal that PlanNet Marketing uses is InteleTravel’s portal, which is another MLM company that they are partnered with. They too are a travel-based MLM that operates in the USA.

Does The Product Work?

As far as I’m concerned, their platform does appear to work as intended given that people were earning money through their program. I’ll go over this in the next few sections below.

If you want to know more about their portal, you can also check out our review of InteleTravel.

How To Make Money with PlanNet Marketing?

PlanNet Marketing offers two different ways to make money from their business opportunity:

  • Become a travel agent for InteleTravel (ITA) and sell travel deals to other people
  • Become a PlanNet Marketing rep and sell the business opportunity to earn from others

PlanNet Marketing doesn’t offer the actual travel products, but you work with them through InteleTravel. This can get confusing for others because you don’t know if you’re making money from PlanNet Marketing or from InteleTravel.

How To Get Started with PlanNet Marketing?

You’ll have to pay a monthly fee for PlanNet Marketing that costs $19.95.

But if you want to get into big money, you’ll have to purchase an ITA membership with costs $199 one-time fee plus a monthly fee of $39.95.

PlanNet Marketing Compensation Plan

Your base commission for selling travel-related products through ITA averages at 70 to 80%.

Direct Sales 50% Matching Bonus

You earn $50 for every time someone joins ITA through you. If your recruit signs up another member, you earn $25, which is the 50% matching bonus.

Gold Builder Bonus

You also earn bonuses every time you get promoted. As you make it to the rank called Gold Builder, you enjoy a $10 bonus for every ITA sale that you make in your downline and as long as there are other Gold Builders beneath you.

Monthly Matrix

You get this bonus paid out per month amounting to $4 based from the monthly membership fees that your recruits and everyone has to pay in order to stay active.

This bonus is 9 levels deep and you earn these bonuses from people you recruit in level 1, and from their recruits (level 2), and from their recruits’ recruits (level 3) and so on.

7 Ranks

Making money through their program is based solely on your rank. The higher your rank is, the more money you’ll make.

Moving up through the ranks provides you with a lot of benefits, and you start enjoying these benefits as soon as you hit the second rank achievable.

  • Rep
  • Gold Builder
  • Director – One Star
  • Director – Two Stars
  • Director – Three Stars
  • Director – Four Stars
  • Director – Five Stars

But the basis of your promotion is on your recruitment efforts, specifically for recruiting people to join ITA.

These are the basics of the compensation plan.

PlanNet Marketing Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Low Income Potential

I was able to dig up through their income disclosure statements for 2017 and 2018, which is going to get you some insight on how much people are making money at the lowest level.

Now, I want you to just focus on the where the vast majority of members are distributed (i.e. the 97% of members) and how much they’re earning.

In 2017, their members made an average of $69.95 for the entire year, and only 1.81% of their members are ranked Gold Builder and higher.

2018 wasn’t really much of an improvement either. As you can see, people only earned $165.92 for the entire year (with a minimum duration of 8 months active membership).

Here’s where it gets tricky. You need to pay the monthly fee of $19.95, so that puts you at $159.6 for the 8 months that you’re signed up.

In theory, if you join and stay a member for 9 months, you’re only making a profit of $6 based on their average earnings. Take note that you could even earn lower than average.

As you can see 97% of their members aren’t making any real money at all.

#2 No One Works with Travel Agents

Unless you’re trying to book discounted tickets for a group buy, you don’t really want to work with travel agents or any other third-party booking site because their prices are sometimes higher than just booking directly.

Sure, these travel agencies boast of giving you savings and discounts, but they actually hit you with hidden fees as soon as you finalize your booking.

#3 Expensive To Maintain and Join

As mentioned in point #1, you eventually lose more money if you’re signed up and aren’t able to make money from the bookings. To offset your monthly costs, you’d need to have consistent bookings and new sign-ups.

But you have to convince people into spending hundreds of dollars to make it worth your while, so that’s another burden in itself.

What I Like About PlanNet Marketing?

There’s just nothing positive about PlanNet Marketing that’s worth mentioning. Don’t get me wrong. They’re legitimate as far as I can see, but I don’t think there’s something good that could turn this review around.

Is PlanNet Marketing a Scam?

PlanNet Marketing is a legitimate MLM company that works in partnership with another MLM company called InteleTravel.

Both companies operate together, but even with their combined forces, there’s no guaranteed full-time income here.

  • The income potential is low, so much so that people have a higher chance of losing money than making a profit.
  • The program itself is expensive to maintain and puts you at a disadvantage when you can’t get people to join the program or book tickets.
  • On top of the second point, no one wants to work with travel agencies for personal accommodations.

I would say that this isn’t something that you want to sign up if you’re:

  • Looking to start a MLM business opportunity, or any business opportunity for that matter
  • Or if you’re looking for a source of full-time income

How I Make a Living Online?

I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.

The reason is simple...

  • You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
  • You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
  • It's Free to get started

In fact, with affiliate marketing...

I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!

Through my own hard work, I went from a broke restaurant waiter to living my dream laptop lifestyle in less than a year's time...
