It’s only fitting that we review these health and wellness MLM companies at the start of the year. After all, some of them do a good job at marketing to people who want to lose weight as part of their New Year’s Resolutions.
The reason why we do this is so that people are always informed about what they’re going into for these programs.
Today, we’re going to take a look at Elevacity.
First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.
That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

What is Elevacity?
Elevacity is a health and wellness MLM or multi-level marketing company that markets various weight loss and energy-boosting products.
The company was founded by Robert Oblon in 2014, and they’re currently located in Texas, USA.
Who Founded Elevacity?
As mentioned, Oblon is the founder of Elevacity. Digging further into his background, he has quite the extensive MLM history.
Prior to setting up Elevacity, he was the president for another MLM company called World Ventures, where he had a 5% ownership stake.
However, World Ventures tried to sue Oblon in 2011 but it didn’t push through. He was then involved with another MLM company called Travopoly.
Now, I’ve read some information that Travopoly and another travel discount MLM company called Four Oceans is being offered together with Elevacity, but there’s no confirmation so we’ll just leave it at that.
Elevacity Product Line
Elevacity offers health and wellness products at retail pricing and at membership pricing. I also mentioned that they might offer other travel discount packages from the owners’ other MLM companies, but it’s not confirmed.
Then again, their About Us page contains the phrase “each product or service”, so maybe there is a form of travel discount service being offered.
Is Elevacity a Scam - DOSE Product
The Elevacity brand is composed of nutritional beverages and supplements, as well as skin care products. Here’s a short list of their top-selling brands:
- XanthoMax – a supplement containing anti-oxidants and claims to help neutralize free radicals from your body.
- XanaSkin - a skin care cream containing Xanthohumol, an extract from hops.
- Timeless – another skin care product that focuses on skin care and contains all-natural ingredients for anti-aging benefits.
- Pure – a liquid-based product for detoxifying the body with minerals. This product contains volcano ash that’s said to help cleanse and strengthen the body.
- Elevate Tub – this is their signature weight-loss coffee, which is a dark-roast Columbian blend enhanced with vitamins and minerals. This leaves you with more energy, focus, and better mood.

Does The Product Work?
Okay, so this is where it gets tricky. There’s a lot of people praising their products, but there are more people saying that their products don’t work.
Now, this is what caught me by surprise. Elevacity claims that their products are free from any side-effects, but apparently, one user experienced them. And it wasn’t only her that experienced these side effects but also her other family members.
Is Elevacity a Scam - Complaints about Side Effects
It could be from one of their core ingredients, Xanthohumol, since it’s an extract from one of the crops used to make beer. However, this may be just one factor and we don’t really know what causes these side effects.
How To Make Money with Elevacity?
Elevacity offers you with the following ways to make money:
- Commissions from retail sales
- Commissions from recruiting and building a team
- Other bonuses for promotions and sales
How To Get Started with Elevacity?
You’ll be required to pay a one-time cost of $49.97 and then sign up for a monthly fee of $25 to become a member. This isn’t an autoship cost, so the costs for purchasing products are separate.

Their compensation plan isn’t special, but we’ll just go over the important highlights of their income opportunity.
#1 Retailing Commissions
You earn 20% of personal retail sales or PRS and 10% on smart ship orders.
#2 Customer Acquisition Bonus
You get up to a $100 cash bonus every time you enroll 3, 5, and 7 people to buying DOSE, one of their flagship products.
#3 Unilevel Bonus
A unilevel compensation plan is in place to help you earn with your team. Your earnings will be based on your rank.
And your rank will depend on how much you sell.

Elevacity Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Elevacity and a Lawsuit
In Jan 2018, a MLM company called Pruvit filed an underlying lawsuit against Elevacity and its founder, Robert Oblon.
Pruvit has been reviewed by this site and they’re known to be the leading brand in ketone technology and one of the biggest pioneers for selling ketone products in the market.
Apparently, Elevacity violated the terms and agreements between them and Pruvit when they started to market a Keto-coffee creamer product that directly competes with Pruvit’s keto products.
In addition, Pruvit also claimed that Elevacity is cross-recruiting Pruvit sellers and promoters and misappropriating Pruvit’s trade secrets and other confidential information.
This is the reason why if you enroll as a Elevacity or Elepreneur member, you’re going to be asked if you’re promoting Pruvit Products. And if you’re a member of Pruvit, you can’t enroll to become an Elevacity member.

#2 Not Accredited With BBB
MLM companies live and die by their BBB accreditation, and the lack of any accreditation can be detrimental.
Judging from their BBB profile, it’s clear why they’re not getting accredited any time soon.

#3 Products Are Not Tested by the FDA
Health and wellness companies usually have their products tested and proven by the Food and Drug Administration.
All claims that they make are unfounded and unproven without any scientific or medical basis.
All of the claims are based on personal experience. This means that there’s no concrete evidence that the products actually work.
#4 No Proofs Of Income
Elevacity doesn’t have any proof that their members are making any money. They may have an income disclosure statement, but it’s not entirely stating it’s their members who’re earning.
If you read this sentence, it doesn’t specify that the Elevacity members are earning this amount, nor are they referring to all of their members.

As of this writing, there are no charts or tables on how much the members are earning.
What I Like About Elevacity?
There’s nothing that I like about the program, and quite frankly, they’re just like any other MLM company out there.

- There’s the issue of a lawsuit between them and another MLM company, so it kind of promotes an unhealthy competition and it indicates unethical practices from Elevacity.
- Their income disclosure statement doesn’t say anything about their members earning anything at all.
- Then there’s the issue of their products not tested by the FDA along with negative reviews about the products.
Until these issues are not resolved, we can’t recommend this program to anyone.
