Is BitPlam a Scam? – A 5% Daily ROI Ponzi Scheme Exposed!

BitPlam is a cryptocurrency investment Ponzi scheme running under a MLM business model, at least on the surface. But underneath, the cogs of the Ponzi machine run differently. 

There’s no information on their landing page about who owns the company, let alone info on who runs it. 

Their domain name was privately registered back in August 2021, but their Twitter profile shows that the program launched sometime in September 2021. 

To make themselves look legitimate, BitPlam has a UK incorporation certificate under the name Bit Plam LTD on their website. For the sake of MLM due-diligence, this means absolutely nothing.

A UK incorporation certificate does nothing to a business’ operations. In this case, it doesn’t give BitPlam permission to accept and carry out investments on behalf of its clients. 

BitPlam Product Line

BitPlam offers no retail products or services. In their income opportunity, you’ll only need to recruit people to the program and have them invest the same way you did. You’ll build a team around these people and earn commissions from their investments. 

And then you’ll earn commissions from the investments made by other people your team recruited. 

Does The Product Work?

BitPlam is a low-effort Ponzi scheme. We mean low effort because it doesn’t try hard enough to hide the fact that it’s a Ponzi scheme. 

They claim that they’re a company composed of talented traders using professional tools for the cryptocurrency markets. They combine “crypto trading cliche” with a templated-looking website and a low-quality UK incorporation. 

Their income opportunity is solely based around recruiting people, and there’s no proof anywhere here that they are generating ROI outside of recruitment. There’s no trading done here, or any investing for that matter. 

As it stands, recruitment is the name of the game. Once recruitment dies down, money stops coming into the company. Once the company’s funds have dried up, they’ll be forced to exit the scheme (or shut it down, completely) and then rebrand into another Ponzi scheme. 

No one’s making any money here except for the people behind BitPlam.

BitPlam only offers one way to make money and that’s through new member recruitment. Recruitment is done to generate investments, which will be used to pay off members at the top of the compensation structures. 

How To Get Started with BitPlam?

BitPlam’s membership into the income opportunity is free, but to take part is another story. You need to invest a minimum of $25 to take part in the actual income opportunity and in order to start earning. 

BitPlam Compensation Plan

BitPlam members invest USD or various cryptocurrency based on their advertised 4% to 5% daily ROI. 

• Lite – invest $25 to $4999 and earn 4% a day for 30 days (220% ROI)

• Plus – invest $5000 to $200,000 and earn 5% a day for 40 days (300% ROI)

Members who withdraw within 14 days of investing are penalized with a 25% fee. Members who withdraw 14 days after but before their plan expires are hit with a 15% penalty.

Referral Commissions

BitPlam follows a unilevel compensation structure for its referral commissions. This structure places you at the top and your direct or personal recruits are placed under you. These members are labeled as your level 1. 

When your level 1 members recruit people, they become your level 2 members. And this goes on infinitely in theory. 

BitPlam caps out at three levels, and you earn a commission of investments made per level:

• level 1 (personally recruited members) – 5%

• level 2 – 2%

• level 3 – 1%

#1 Ponzi Scheme!

BitPlam is a Ponzi scheme. The income source and compensation plan are all about recruitment. If you don’t recruit, you don’t earn anything. 

Well, it’s not like you’re even going to earn anything, honestly. They’re never going to give you a single cent. 

#2 No Source of Income Outside of Investment

There’s no proof anywhere that they’re doing any form of trading or investment to generate ROI’s for their members. The only funds coming in are from new member investments, which is done through recruitment. 

The funds invested by these new members are used to pay off the other members at the top of the commission structure. 

Remember, you’re always going to be someone’s downline. 

#3 Failed Ponzi Logic!

Now here’s where they fail the Ponzi logic test. If they really did have a system (let’s say it’s legitimate) that allows them to generate 5% ROI daily for 30 days, why do they even need outside investment? 

They could literally make more money if they only invested their funds and recycled into the program. It doesn’t make sense for them to solicit investments into their program and not take a commission from the earnings made by their members either. 

So, their business offering doesn’t make sense in its entirety. 

There’s nothing to like about BitPlam. 

BitPlam is a Ponzi scheme, and just like most Ponzi’s, it’s illegal to promote this kind of business model. It doesn’t help that you’re also committing securities fraud for soliciting investments from other people without being registered with financial regulatory agencies. 

So, you could land some serious jail time if you made money off of people from BitPlam, or any other Ponzi scheme for that matter.
