What is Cash Monster?

Cash Monster is another one of those influencer scams that we’ve exposed over the last few months. Just like its siblings, Cash Monster doesn’t really have any information regarding who owns the company or who’s running it.

What Is Cash Monster - Landing Page

What Is Cash Monster - Landing Page

They’re hiding their information because they don’t want to be legally liable for anything.

The site will promise to pay you lots of cash for doing simple tasks, from completing surveys to uploading videos but you’ll never see a single cent from them.

The next section will expose their MO and you’ll see what makes them a scam.

Inside Cash Monster

Cash Monster claims to provide high-paying rates for doing these easy tasks. These tasks are what you’d normally find in survey and GPT sites, but the legitimate sites don’t really charge that much.

Check out how much Cash Monster is paying you:

  1. $25 just for signing up
  2. $10 for referring a friend/social follower to Cash Monster
  3. $50 for promoting Cash Monster on your YouTube channel
  4. $10 for completing a (fake) survey

So what are they trying to accomplish here? Well, they want to entice you with these high payouts so they can get your personal information.

How on earth are they going to do that though?

Well they do that in two phases: first, the registration process and then the member login.

The registration page will have you signing up with your email, password, and then some personal information. If you use the same password for a lot of your logins, you’re going to be in trouble if you ever expose your details to them.

Then assuming you login, they’re going to ask you for more information about you.

Fake Task Wall

The fake task wall was designed to lure you into giving them more of your personal information. They’ll distract you with a lot of hype and giveaways to make you do these tasks on impulse.

Before you can proceed with these tasks, they’ll ask you to complete a demographic questionnaire. This questionnaire will contain questions such as:

"Are you a home-owner?"

"Do you have your own washing machine?"

"When does your car insurance expire?"

In reality, the completed questionnaire will actually be sold to whoever they could sell it to. They will have nothing to do with your information once it’s sold and couldn’t care less about what happens to you next. For all you know, your info is sold to hackers, scammers, and even telemarketers.

A Fake Company

Their FAQ page states that their parent company has been providing “online monetizing solutions” for more than 10 years. This claim does not make sense at all because according to their WhoIs information, their site was only registered and updated back in December 2020.

A Copy and Paste Scam

Cash Monster is a copy and paste scam that’s probably the new version of MoneyGuru and EarnBig. The site designs are all the same, only replacing the logo. They don’t even replace the contents of their legal documents.

What Is Cash Monster - EarnBig and Cash Monster

You might think this is a coincidence, but it’s not.

Why Their Program Doesn’t Work?

Let’s take a look at the numbers, shall we? It says that they’ll pay you $25 for just signing up and $10 for completing a survey.

Once you sign up, you’ll see the $25 on your dashboard but you won’t be able to cash out just yet. When you request to cash out, Cash Monster will have you doing a series of tasks. You’ll be asked to complete a survey, refer X number of friends, and some other things.

Let’s assume that your total earnings after completing this list of requirements is $150, so that’s impressive, right?

Imagine if 1000 new members did the same thing. The site will cash out a total of $150,000 just for them. In a month, that’s $4.5 million spent for paying new members.

There’s no legitimate survey or GPT company that would ever cash out this much money. It just doesn’t make financial sense.

And if you think we’re spewing BS about their program here, the BBB or Better Business Bureau has issued several warnings against sites like Cash Monster as seen here.

They have pointed out the same things that we did on this site, and more.

Who's Cash Monster For?

Cash Monster is not meant for anyone because it’s an influencer scam!

Cash Monster Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Fake Payment Proof!

Just like its predecessors, Cash Monster uses fake payment proofs and you guessed it right: they use the same proofs from MoneyGuru and EarnBig.

Take a look at these photos: MoneyGuru is on the left, Cash Monster is on the right.

What does this mean then? It just means that no one’s making any money here.

#2 Fake Testimonials!

They also use fake testimonials to encourage people to get them to sign up and to make them think that their platform is legitimate.

You got both examples here from Sara Wilsson and Jena Karliss, who claimed they made a lot of money. The problem here is that they are not real.

Jena Carlis’ photo comes from a Humbolt Journal article while Sara Wilsson is nothing more than a stock photo, as seen below:

#3 They Lied About Their Company

Their site is filled with nothing but lies, which is typical of the influencer scams that we exposed over the last few months.

You’ll find that these sites operate the same way as Cash Monster:

  1. GoCashOuts
  2. BonusJunkies
  3. CashMiracle
  4. CashForShare
  5. NextCash

And a lot more…

The patterns are there and they all use the same MO.

What I Like About Cash Monster?

Cash Monster is an abomination of an influencer scam, just like its older siblings and other versions. We have enough reason to believe that we’ll be seeing a lot of them soon.

Is Cash Monster a Scam?

Cash Monster is an influencer scam that lies about everything they do. The testimonials and payment proofs are all fake, and it’s clear that they used it from the older version of the scam.

All that they really want to do is to steal your personal information and they’ll sell it to the black market.

The high-paying tasks they are advertising are nothing more than a lure to get you to sign up and surrender personal information.
