What Is iBG Finance? A Cookie-Cutter Ponzi With Craptocurrency!

Welcome to my iBG Finance review!

When you’ve been investigating Ponzi schemes for as long as we have, you’ll find the typical red flags the moment you see a suspicious program.

More often than not, the red flags are sometimes way too obvious. So much so that it doesn’t take a quick Google search to verify the legitimacy of a program.

A good example of that is iBG Finance.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with iBG Finance in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Instead, I'm here to reveal what they concocted to scam you with...

What is iBG Finance?

iBG Finance is a MLM or multi-level marketing company that operates in the cryptocurrency investment niche.

The company is located in Seychelles, as listed on their landing page. But the address is actually used by a lot of shell companies, indicating that iBG Finance is nowhere near Seychelles. Safe to say that they don’t have a physical presence anywhere.

iBG Finance was founded by Vin Menon and a group of people. There’s no information on who his co-founders are.

Menon has no MLM history, but based on his LinkedIn profile, he claims he has a background in IT. He also rebranded himself as a blockchain pro back in 2018 where he created a number of failed crypto projects, leading up to the creation of iBG Finance.

iBG Finance Product Line

iBG Finance offers no retail products or services for its MLM compensation plan. Rather, the income opportunity has you investing in the program.

Does The Product Work?

iBG Finance claims they’re a “AI-enabled crypto wealth management app” that “gets investment suggestions or complete portfolio allocation based on what suits you”.

These don’t make any sense. Why? Because they’re a Ponzi scheme.

Vin Menon, along with the people he worked with for his failed crypto projects, have managed to go down the Ponzi route.

The token, iBG Token, is an ERC-20 shitcoin. These are coins that can be created in 5 minutes and will cost you absolutely nothing.

The value of the coin is arbitrarily decided by, you guessed it, the owner of the coin. Which in this case is Menon and company.

They can pump out a shit ton of coins to match the demand of the people buying the coin. Of course, iBG Finance will never disclose the internal value of the iBG token, but returns are still generated as long as there are newly invested funds.

Of course, Menon and company will take an undisclosed percentage of these funds.

The only source of income that we can verify from this program is through recruitment.

How To Make Money with iBG Finance?

The only way to make money from this program is through recruitment. You’ll see what we mean in the compensation plan.

How To Get Started with iBG Finance?

iBG Finance membership is tied to the investment made in IBG Tokens as follows:

  • $1000
  • $5000
  • $10,000
  • $50,000
  • $100,000

All commissions for investments made less than $100,000 are capped.

Then there’s a $100 membership for affiliate programs, but this is not mentioned anywhere on the compensation plan.

iBG Finance Compensation Plan

iBG Finance members invest in tokens based on the advertised ROI as follows. These are parked for 30, 60, or 90 days.

  • park invested IBG tokens for 30 days and receive a 5% ROI
  • park invested IBG tokens for 60 days and receive a 6% ROI
  • park invested IBG tokens for 90 days and receive a 7% ROI

We believe these are daily ROI rates because they use the term “daily yield”.

Referral Commissions

iBG Finance pays out referral commissions on the funds invested by recruited members.

20% of the funds invested by members are paid out as the commission, split down three levels of recruitment:

  • level 1 (personally recruited members) – 40% of 20%
  • level 2 – 30% of 20%
  • level 3 – 20% of 20%

We don’t know what happens to the remaining 10% of the amount here, but we like to assume that this is going to be part of the cut that Menon and his crew take.

Matching Bonus

iBG Finance pays out matching bonuses on daily returns paid out to the downline members.

This follows a unilevel compensation structure where it places you at the top of your team.

Your direct recruits become your level 1 team members. Whenever your level 1 team members recruit people, these are considered your indirect recruits and placed on the levels below them.

This caps out until 5 unilevel teams.

iBG Finance pays out per level as follows:

  • level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 30%
  • level 2 – 20%
  • levels 3 to 5 – 10%

iBG Finance Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Cookie-Cutter Ponzi Scheme!

iBG Finance is nothing more than your usual cookie-cutter Ponzi scheme. Recruitment is the name of the game here, with advertised returns only paid out when you recruit people and nothing more.

There’s nothing on their program that proves income is generated outside of new member recruitment.

There’s no proof here that they’re generating income based on the investing or trading on behalf of their clients.

#2 Securities Fraud!

Speaking of trading and investing, they are not registered with any financial authority or regulatory commission (i.e. the SEC) to carry out transactions on behalf of their clients.

Because they are not registered with any agency, that means they’re committing securities fraud.

We say this because their passive income opportunity constitutes securities offering. Securities fraud is a serious crime no matter what part of the world you live in.

Combine this with participating in a Ponzi scheme, and it could land you a few years in jail.

What I Like About iBG Finance?

iBG Finance is a Ponzi scheme. There’s nothing to like about the program.

Is iBG Finance a Scam?

iBG Finance is a Ponzi scheme that runs on a ERC-20 shitcoin to sell to their members. The token they use, IBG Token, has no value outside of iBG Finance and can be generated on a whim by Menon and his people.

The token is also there in the event of an exit scheme. The exit scheme is where Menon will try to stop members from cashing out their earnings. Menon and his crew will take all of the money and disappear.

They will cite numerous bullshit statements or excuses to prevent people from accessing their account too, as commonly seen in scams like Wiseling

All in all, there’s no sense in investing in the program.

How I Make a Living Online?

I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.

The reason is simple...

  • You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
  • You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
  • It's Free to get started

In fact, with affiliate marketing...

I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!

Through my own hard work, I went from a broke restaurant waiter to living my dream laptop lifestyle in less than a year's time...
