Upistic Review – A Southeast Asian Ponzi Scheme Exiting?
Welcome to my Upistic review!
It’s 2022 and it comes as no surprise that Ponzi schemes will be proliferating this time around. They’ll be preying on people who want to become “financially independent” or “investors”, typically people who don’t know a thing or two about how actual investing is done.
Don’t worry because these Ponzi schemes share common MO’s, no matter where they are in the world.
You want to know how to spot one? Read this Upistic Review.
First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.
That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!
Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with Upistic in any form.
So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.
Instead, I'm here to reveal what this scheme is about...

What is Upistic?
Upistic is a cryptocurrency and investment platform, but it doesn’t advertise as such. Their landing page does not provide us with any solid information about who owns the company, or who runs it.
The domain was registered back in Aug 2021, so it’s relatively new. There’s a corporate address listed for Upistic in Estonia, but it doesn’t have anything to do with Upistic.
On their landing page, there’s a section for Webinars, where you’ll find the most recent ones completed. These videos are not in English, and as you can see from the page, there’s some Chinese text as well.
The most recent webinar was held in October and was delivered in Vietnamese. The three previous webinars before this one were all in Chinese.
This probably means that whoever is running the company does it from either Vietnam or China.
Alexa rankings show that the majority of Upistic’s traffic comes from Australia, USA, and Canada.
This Ponzi scheme is rooted in Southeast Asia, but promoted in Western countries. It doesn’t really make sense since the webinars weren’t delivered in English.
Upistic Product Line
Upistic offers no retail products or services. Members can only take part in the income opportunity by investing in the program.

Does The Product Work?
Upistic claims that they generate revenue through cryptocurrency trading.
They claim that their traders use clients’ funds to buy DeFi tokens and sell them profitably when they go into currency exchanges. They analyze markets and select the most beneficial and promising tokens before using sophisticated trading strategies to sell and trade them for maximum profits.
The income is then distributed between investors.
One thing though: there’s no proof anywhere that there’s any trading being done to generate income. The only proof of income here is through new member investments.
Upistic also fails the Ponzi logic test. If you have a trading system that guarantees you up to 2.3% ROI per day, why are you selling access to it for $10? If anything, you wouldn’t need any investments from anyone because you can profit on rolling your ROI’s every day.
Let’s not forget the fact that there’s the securities fraud aspect of Upistic. They’re not registered to carry out financial transactions on behalf of their clients. They need to be registered by the SEC or its counterparts from different countries.
As it stands, recruitment is the only source of income here. Once new members stop coming in, the money stops coming in too. This will lead to a collapse in Upistic and will prompt the owners to exit the scheme.

Upistic Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Straight Ponzi Scheme!
Upistic is nothing more than a Ponzi scheme, as evident of their compensation plan. The bottomline here is the more you recruit, the more money you could make out of their investments.
You’re also encouraging your downlines to recruit more people so they’d think they make more money, but it also helps you earn more.
#2 Ready To Exit!
Last year, a post on their social media page cited that they were targetted by a DDoS attack, so to combat this, they’re restricting new member investments and withdrawals.
To the uninformed, this might sound something like a common occurrence in the industry but it’s actually them getting ready to exit the scheme.
Exiting the scheme means they’re ready to pull out all the money and keep it for themselves.
#3 Possible Rebrand!
The exit scheme will also give them a chance for a future rebrand or reboot of the Ponzi scheme. This is a common MO amongst Ponzi’s, so you never see them shut down for a long period of time.
Maybe Upistic was also a reboot of another old Ponzi scheme, but at this point, it’s difficult to trace.

What I Like About Upistic?
There’s nothing to like about Upistic.
Is Upistic a Scam?
Upistic is a Ponzi scheme, and there’s no denying that. The red flags are all there, from the securities fraud aspect to the recruitment-based income opportunity. It’s based in one of the Southeast Asian countries, but it’s heavily promoted in the USA and Canada. They’re about to do an exit scheme, so you won’t be seeing this program for long. But you’ll be seeing the rebrands in the future.
