OnPassive Review – A Matrix Cycling Pyramid Scheme?!

Welcome to my OnPassive review!

Is this thing legitimate, or is it a pyramid scheme?

This program is called OnPassive.

First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.

That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!

Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with OnPassive in any form.

So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.

Instead, I'm here to reveal what this scheme is about...

What is OnPassive?

OnPassive is a MLM company that promotes an automated business platform or system, but in reality, is nothing more than a matrix-cycling scheme.

OnPassive Review - Landing Page

The company operates within the advertising niche, claiming that you can generate traffic from the program to your business from all the other members of the program.  OnPassive stands for Online Passive Income Training for Entrepreneurs.

The program was hosted on GoFounders.com website and was listed as part of their product offerings. It seems that GoFounders was responsible for launching OnPassive as its own independent program.

GoFounders was established back in 2018, but the domain name was registered privately. Third-party research revealed a name behind OnPassive: Ash Mufareh. He’s currently listed as Founder and CEO of the program.

His Facebook profile lists him as the CEO of GFI Fusion and leads a team of marketers to promote the GFI opportunity.

Outside of OnPassive, he was also involved with other passive income opportunities such as TelexFree and PayDiamond. TelexFree was shut down and sued by the SEC in 2014. PayDiamond was shut down in 2018. This was the time Mufareh also started to create OnPassive.

OnPassive Product Line

OnPassive offers digital products of sorts. These are products designed to help you make money online along with their ad credit system.

Their compensation plan is part of their digital product offering, but it’s nothing more than an affiliate program for the company. You earn commissions based on selling the program.

The ad credits are available once you become a paid member, and you can use these credits to advertise your websites within the back office and to other members of the OnPassive opportunity.

Does The Product Work?

OnPassive claims that they have their own Internet marketing platform, which is what you’re paying for. This platform is powered by their proprietary AI and claims to automate the entire business.

In reality, you’re just paying for the income opportunity. They have no evidence that such an AI exists to do what they claim to do, nor do they have any REAL product or service to offer as a MLM company.

As it stands the way to make money here is to recruit people into their program. This is proven by their compensation plan, which we’ll show below.

How To Make Money with OnPassive?

OnPassive only offers one way to make money and that’s through recruitment. The commissions you’re supposedly earning from the sales are actually from recruiting people to purchase positions into your matrix.

How To Get Started with OnPassive?

OnPassive requires a monthly subscription fee of $97, then you have your various matrix cycling costs from $25 to $500.

In order for you to continue earning with OnPassive, you need to maintain a 25PV every month or recruit enough people.

OnPassive Compensation Plan

OnPassive’s compensation plan is broken down into their cycler positions.

The matrix cycle tier follows a 3x10 structure, and you have 4 tiers available to you.

You can fill up your matrices through direct and indirect recruitment, as well as from your upline as well.

The $25 Matrix Tier

It will cost you $25 to participate in this matrix.

  • Level 1 pays $2 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 2 pays $3 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 3 pays $2 on level 3 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 1 through 8 pay $1 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 9 pays $2 on level 9 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 10 pays $1 on level 10 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.

The $125 Matrix Tier

It will cost you $125 to participate in this matrix.

  • Level 1 pays $10 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 2 pays $15 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 3 pays $7 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 4 and 5 pay $5 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 6 pays $3 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 7 pays $2 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 8 and 9 pay $3 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 10 pays $2 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.

The $250 Matrix Tier

It will cost you $250 to participate in this matrix.

  • Level 1 pays $10 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 2 pays $25 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 3 pays $10 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 4 and 6 pay $8 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 7 and 8 pay $7 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 9 and 10 pay $8 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.

The $500 Matrix Tier

It will cost you $500 to participate in this matrix.

  • Level 1 pays $20 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 2 pays $30 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 3 through 5 pay $15 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 6 and 7 pay $10 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Levels 8 and 9 pay $15 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.
  • Level 10 pays $10 for each active recruit that buys into one of these positions.

OnPassive Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 Pyramid Scheme

Do we really have to say it out loud? Absence of products notwithstanding, their compensation plan just outs them as a pyramid scheme.

You see, they’re a MLM company. They’re going to be monitored by governing agencies, such as the FTC. Because recruitment is the main and only incentive here, that’s a huge red flag in the FTC’s guidelines against pyramid schemes.

#2 No Real Products Involved!

There are actually no products involved in OnPassive’s income opportunity. Their automated business is nothing more than just to promote OnPassive to other people. And you’re promoting the matrix cycle opportunity.

#3 No Proof of Income / Income Disclosure Statement

As expected, OnPassive has no income disclosure statement or any proof of income to present. This is probably because no one outside of OnPassive’s team made any real money.

An income disclosure statement is an official document that shows you how much members are making at any tier. This is a legal document provided by the MLM company to the public for transparency.

What I Like About OnPassive?

OnPassive is a pyramid scheme. There’s nothing to like about the program.

Is OnPassive a Scam?

OnPassive is nothing more than a matrix cycling pyramid scheme. To say that the company is legitimate is just absurd at this point.

The biggest red flag of them all here is their compensation plan, which is 100% focused on recruitment. Commissions on selling the product are non-existent, but it’s still marketed as such to make it look like you’re selling the program and then comes the income opportunity.

You only make money here when you recruit people into the program. That’s about as legitimate as any other matrix cycling schemes we’ve exposed here.

How I Make a Living Online?

I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.

Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.

The reason is simple...

  • You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
  • You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
  • It's Free to get started

In fact, with affiliate marketing...

I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!

Through my own hard work, I went from a broke restaurant waiter to living my dream laptop lifestyle in less than a year's time...
