Clients On Demand is a training program to build your coaching business and find your ideal clients who want to avail of your services. The program has you attempting to work with 40 to 50 clients a month and charging them thousands of dollars monthly by providing them with solutions to their problems online. 

To put it simply, you’re coached into becoming a coach. 

Who is Russ Ruffino?

Russ Rufino created the program Clients On Demand. He’s a well-known business coach in the marketing industry. 

Like most gurus, Ruffino has a rags-to-riches story where he worked as a bartender before Clients On Demand was born.

Inspired by seeing other people’s success online, he started to piece together everything he learned and developed his own ebook and video course. He then sold it for $197, and to his surprise, someone bought a copy. 

This eventually led him to start his coaching business journey, quit his bartending job, and dedicated his time to online marketing.

Clients On Demand’s free presentation will talk about 5 things that you need to do in order to be successful:

1. Be Preeminent. Conduct your business with integrity and transparency and you can give your clients the best experience of working with you. 

2. Premium Pricing. Charging premium rates is key for a successful coaching business. But you need to know how to position your offers that would be appealing to your clients. 

3. Webinar Marketing. Much like how they got you into enrolling for Clients On Demand, webinar marketing can turn any landing page into a high-converting one. One that grabs emails and sends them the free webinar presentations. 

4. Time Is Your Asset. You’re paid for the results you generate, not for the time you spent getting these. 

5. Invest In A Mentor. This is where Russ pitches his services to you and to make you believe that you need him to succeed. He also teaches you on how to have your clients come to you instead of you reaching out to them. 

Russ claims that he’ll help you build your personal brand that will attract clients like a magnet, so you don’t have to bother with networking events and so on. 

Is Coaching The Way To Go?

Nothing to say against Clients On Demand, but the coaching business in general isn’t something you can decide to start. 

The business model will have you spending a lot of time marketing your brand way before you can even land your client. 

Clients On Demand claims that this is the ultimate solution to finding ideal clients, but even with his teachings, it’s ultimately about the demand for a service such as yours.

Then there’s the issue of going against already established coaches in your area (if they exist). That would make it difficult for you to generate clients because they’d probably have reached out to them already.

Clients On Demand is not something that we can recommend to people who want to make money online. We’re going to explain in the next section.

#1 Business Model Is Not For Everyone

As I mentioned earlier, coaching is not the business model meant for everyone. Not everyone succeeds at running a coaching business. Either no one’s getting clients, or there’s just no consistency in the income stream.

Most of the time you’re just going to be networking with a lot of people to get them to avail of your services. But at this point, you’ve already done more work than anticipated. 

#2 Expensive Course!

Let’s not forget the fact that the course is expensive as hell. For thousands of dollars, you’re going to be coached into becoming a coach. 

Even if you do decide to become a coach under Clients On Demand’s tutelage, you have to work in recouping the cost for paying for the course. 

#3 Oversimplified

The webinar makes the coaching business too simple, and it looks like you’ll be guaranteed tons of success with this business model. 

Coaching is not going to be everyone’s forte, and you’re going to be competing against established coaches in your area. Clients will be scarce if ever, and it will be hard to get them when your competitors offer cheaper services than you.

It’s really difficult to find something to like about Clients On Demand. It’s not a scam, but it’s not entirely a business model we’d recommend anyone to undertake. 

Clients On Demand is a legitimate training course that will coach you into becoming a business coach. The goal here is to help you find clients that will pay premium rates for your services. 

But it’s a lot easier said than done. Coaching is not the business model everyone should undertake if they want to make passive income. Lots of work needs to be done to ensure that your clients will want to continue working with you. 

If you want to make money online, you’re better off with affiliate marketing.
