Cash Finder System Review Image Summary

Summary:  Cash Finder System is a system that teaches you how to locate properties to sell to wealthy buyers. This is a legitimate model in the real estate industry, but their system is far from actually working. There's just a lot of misleading information on their sales page that I don't really think that the creators of the program know how real estate works.

Rating: 10/100

What is Cash Finder System?

Cash Finder System is a unique program added to the make-money-online market that claims you can make money via real estate without leaving your house.

Through your cellphone, computer, and with an Internet connection, you’re going to get multiple checks every week ranging between $3,000 and $15,000.

Lee Gilmore Cash Finder System

Lee Gilmore Cash Finder System

That’s what Lee Gilmore, the program creator, promises you.

Basically the system is going to prepare you how to become a “home finder” and help you locate specific properties and find the right buyers for it.

For the efforts you put in, you’re going to earn a finder’s fee (or assignment fee). Sounds simple right?

Lee Gilmore outlines these three steps in his 20 minute sales video:

  1. Find a property
  2. Post a property
  3. Start depositing checks

I am pretty sure that he missed out on a few steps because it doesn’t really sound as easy as you think. Real estate, even when you’re just someone who locates properties, is a very competitive market so I doubt you’re going to make money as quickly as the system promises.

Inside Cash Finder System

Continuing with the sales video, Lee Gilmore claims that you can receive 4-5 figure checks with only a few taps on your smartphone. His simple system will show you how to find the most lucrative real estate property at low prices and find investors and buyers to purchase these properties.

What they’re not telling you is that these are easier said than done. Real estate is a cutthroat industry and realtors, brokers, and agents are desperate to get the maximum commission possible.

There are thousands of realtors all across the world, and each are probably trained better than you. They have built their networks and connections with the prominent figures in their cities, as well as having an in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry locally.

They monitor auctions, foreclosures, and talk to one another. This is a small group of people who’ve worked together for years, and all of a sudden, you show up. Do you think you could actually compete with these people if you only received training from Cash Finder System? I don’t think so.

Also, I’m pretty sure that you just can’t collect a finder’s fee unless you’re a certified realtor. There are laws in specific states that require you to be a certified realtor first before you can dabble into anything that has to do with real estate. This includes finding properties.

If real estate was as easy as they promised, we’d all be rich by now and we’d all be working in this industry.

Cash Finder System Promises

Let me just outline what Cash Finder System promises you:

  1. You don’t need experience or knowledge
  2. It shows you how to make money online
  3. You can make money quickly

Everything sounds too good to be true, but believe me, there’s nothing about the system that’s convinced me that it’s worth my time, or anyone’s time for that matter.

The Price

It costs you $999 to join the program, but there’s a limited time offer of $99. But apparently, you can get a lower price by exiting their landing page. A pop-up will show up and invite you to sign up for $49 only.

Now I’m inclined to think that the actual price for the program is just $49. The $99 and the $999 are just dummy prices to make you think that you’ve purchased something for lesser price.

What Do You Get?

They will give you access to their 12 training video modules:

  1. Getting started
  2. Crucial Concepts
  3. Wholesaling 101
  4. Surveying The Real Estate
  5. How to Get Deals Coming to You
  6. Negotiating and Getting it Under Contract
  7. Due Diligence
  8. Transaction Management
  9. Attracting Qualified Buyers
  10. How to Get Your Deals Sold
  11. Assigning Closing and Getting Paid
  12. Mindset

But these aren’t training videos. These are just slide presentations with a voiceover behind the screen.

How the Cash Finder System Tricks You.

Cash Finder System relies a lot on deception and hype to get you to sign up for their program. They’re not selling you a system that makes you money, and I doubt anyone can make any money from their system.

They’re selling you a dream, and nothing more.

Who's Cash Finder System For?

At this point, I’m pretty much convinced that this program is not meant for anyone, and not because it’s a scam but it’s a system that just doesn’t work as promised.

If you want to get started with making money online the right way, discover my secrets of how I went from a broke restaurant waiter to living my dream laptop lifestyle is just ONE year.

Cash Finder System Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 – No Proof That The System Works!

The people behind Cash Finder System clearly don’t know how the real estate industry works. They only compiled a series of training videos and promote it to people to make money.

Cash Finder System - First Lie

First Lie

There’s no proof from their members, if any, that the programs were successful and has helped them make money online.

The sales video doesn’t even contain any information as to whether or not someone actually succeeded using their system.

#2 – Misleading Video Presentation!

It’s possible to make money within the real estate industry, and there is such a thing as finder’s fee. But if we’re talking about making money through the system that Cash Finder System is selling, then it’s quite impossible.

Cash Finder System - Misleading Video

Misleading Video

Let me tell you why. You’re not going to become a certified real estate agent by finishing their training. Their video presentation promises you that you will receive instructions on how to receive checks worth thousands of dollars.

You only need to watch the sales video for about 20 minutes and then you’ll be shown how to earn through their system.

But what the video doesn’t tell you is how the real estate industry actually works.

#3 – They Don’t Guarantee Your Income!

What’s probably surprising here is that they tell you that you’re going to earn thousands of dollars, but then they hit you with these disclaimers:

Cash Finder System - Income Disclaimer

Income Disclaimer

Cash Finder System - Income Disclaimer 2

Income Disclaimer 2

Basically they are telling you that the system does not work, but you can’t do anything about it legally because they already told you that you’re not going to make any money.

So after all of the hype and all of the sales pitches, Lee Gilmore ultimately concedes that the program doesn’t work and he does that by writing these income disclaimers.

What I Like About Cash Finder System?

There’s just nothing about the system that I like. I mean, at this point, I’m convinced that this program won’t do anyone good at all.

Is Cash Finder System a Scam?

Cash Finder System may not be a scam, but it’s not exactly a good business opportunity either. The real estate industry doesn’t work the way that this system paints it to be.

There’s no proof that the system works at all, so that’s more than enough for me to conclude that this isn’t a program meant for anyone.

Don’t be fooled by the misleading video presentations either. Instead, do you research on how real estate works and what it takes to collect finder’s fee the right way.
