BNB Riches Review – Earn Money Through AirBnB Business?

AirBNB is a business that needs no introduction. We know that it’s become a cheaper alternative to booking hotel rooms for traveling, and it’s also a good way to make money through your unoccupied properties. 

The thing about this business model is that it already expects that you already have your own property ready for AirBNB listing.

This is where BNB Riches comes into play. This is a training course that will teach you how to rent out your houses or condominiums through AirBNB. 

The course was designed by Noelle Randall and she will teach you how to maximize your residential properties through short-term rentals. 

Who Is Noelle Randall?

BNB Riches was created by Noelle Randall, a real estate investor and author. She has her own YouTube channel with a decent number of followers. 

She claims that she’s made millions in her real estate career, and I don’t see why we’d want to disprove this. Real estate as a whole can bring in a lot of money, especially if you bank large commissions. 

On top of that, her courses and YouTube channel also add to her income stream.

BNB Riches is divided into 4 modules. 

Module 1 - Starting a Six Figure Business Fast

The first section will go over several topics, most of them will cover the real estate industry in general. Then you move on to generating leads for your rental and how to leverage retail arbitrage on your rentals. 

It will also go over discussing the mindset on overcoming fear and doubt in the industry. 

Module 2 - Getting Profitable Properties

The second module will now teach you about how to get your properties, if you don’t have one already. 

The module will go over what to look for in finding the most profitable properties and how to determine if a rental is profitable on AirBnB. Other topics of the module will include how to go about with your day-to-day operations and how to work around the legal aspects of AirBnB. 

Module 3 - Prepare It and List It

This module now goes over what to do with your property and when you want to list it. This also includes how to create systems that will allow you to get listings up and running, how to make attractive BnB listings, and so on. 

Module 4 - Manage and Grow Your Business

The last module will now cover managing your properties and scaling the BnB business. This topic covers finding more owners who want to work with you, how to analyze your acquired leads, how to get consistent bookings, and how to scale the business to six figures. 

Can BNB Riches Make You Money?

BNB Riches can teach you how to make money with AirBnB. It doesn’t teach you how to buy properties to list, but rather, you’ll be doing rental arbitrage. You’ll be renting a property, which you’ll be renting out on AirBnB. 

You’ll need to do some paperwork here because you and the landlord will have to agree on the terms first. This involves a lot of legal work so be prepared. 

One good thing about rental arbitrage is that you don’t need to shell out tons of cash to buy properties. You won’t need to take on mortgage or remodel properties. 

When all’s said and done, there’s no guarantee here that you can make a ton of money in this program. Covid-19 Pandemic aside, you’ll have to make sure that your BnB earnings are more than enough to cover rental fees. So if you’re renting a place out at $1,000, your BnB income should be higher than that. Otherwise you lose money just for paying out rent.

How Much Does BNB Riches Cost? 

The program costs you $997, which is expensive for four modules’ worth of training. There are no special bonuses included in the purchase as well. You’re just getting the course. 

You can also avail of a monthly payment plan of $397 each for four months total.

BNB Riches is meant for people who want to make use of their unoccupied properties for rental income. It’s not exactly something that you can take on impulse. 

#1 Expensive

BNB Riches is expensive, especially for a course that teaches you how to create a side hustle. I am not even inclined to consider AirBnB as a side hustle. You go into this business to make thousands of dollars a month on your properties. 

Again, you’re not exactly losing out a couple hundred bucks here if you don’t break even. You’re potentially losing thousands. 

#2 No Refunds

BNB Riches does not have a refund policy in place, and there’s no free trial either. You go into this program expecting not to get your money back. 

You could probably find better resources on AirBnB business model out there than BNB Riches. 

#3 Expensive Business Model

Running an AirBnB business is expensive. It takes a lot of hard work to make some money here. Not only that, you’re going against people with more expensive properties (that they probably own). If you do a quick search on any city for AirBnB, you’ll find hundreds of listings. 

If your rental is $1,000 and your income for that month is less than that, you lose money. I mentioned this earlier. 

You literally have to make sure that your properties are doing more than just break-even. Remember, real estate is a business model where break-even does not suffice.

There’s just nothing to like about BNB Riches. If the program offered a lot more in terms of training content, then there would be something to talk about here. 

BNB Riches is a legitimate training course that teaches you how to get started with AirBnB using rental arbitrage. It’s a decent business model in itself, but don’t expect to make millions of dollars overnight or in a year. 

The course content is short for what it has to discuss. We feel that there might be a lot more questions from their students here after they go through the four modules.
