What Is ABA Marketing? Behold! Another Boris Ponzi!
Welcome to my ABA Marketing review!
There is a different type of Ponzi scheme that we’ve been exposing over this past year, and we call it a Boris Ponzi scheme.
Boris because it’s of Russian / Eastern European descent. We’ve categorized them as such because we have reason to believe they’re part of a bigger network, or are related to one another by coincidence.
Either way, we’re reviewing a classic example of a Boris Ponzi scheme called ABA Marketing.
First of all, I must Congratulate you for taking your time to do your own research before buying into any "seemingly good" product.
That's the way to avoid scams and find the legitimate way to make money online!
Let me be completely transparent with you, I'm not associated with ABA Marketing in any form.
So, rest assured that I'm not here to pitch or sell anything to you.
Instead, I'm here to reveal what this scheme is about...

What is ABA Marketing?
Editor’s Note: ABA Marketing does not have anything to do with ABA Marketing Financial Services, which is a banking institution in the USA.
ABA Marketing claims to be an investment platform / MLM company but does not provide any actual information on what it does on their landing page. Their domain name was registered back in June 2014 but was updated just recently in June 2021.
The country code provided by ABA Marketing’s domain registration puts them in Saint Kitts and Nevis, which also matches the corporate address listed on their website.
They also have an incorporation certificate from the same country, but for the purpose of MLM due diligence, this piece of document is worthless.
Scammers usually set up shell companies in Saint Kitts and Nevis because they want to avoid regulation and launder money.

What Is ABA Marketing - Marketing
Of the four social media accounts on their landing page, only one remains active: vKontakte. This is a Russian social media platform, which leads us to believe that ABA Marketing is operating out of Russia.
But their source code and marketing documents are written in Bulgarian, but the main languages offered on their website are English and Russian. 95% of their traffic also comes from Russia.
All clues point to this conclusion: whoever is running ABA Marketing is doing it in Russia or Bulgaria, with heavy suspicion on the former.
ABA Marketing Product Line
ABA Marketing offers no retail products or services. Rather, it only has its income opportunity to provide its members. And this involves recruiting people.

Does The Product Work?
ABA Marketing has a couple of red flags, but the most obvious one can be found in what it actually does. Or rather, the absence of what it does.
ABA Marketing does not provide us any specific information on what they do. Are they a MLM company? Are they a crypto company? Are they an investment company?
A look at their history shows that they were a travel service back in 2017, and then transitioned into cryptocurrency. That’s a huge leap if you ask me, going from travel to crypto.
There’s nothing on their site, or anywhere on the Internet, that proves that they’re generating ROI through trading or investing. As it stands, the only source of income that ABA Marketing relies on is through new member investments.
Earlier this year, the Bank of Russia issued a warning against ABA Marketing for “showing signs of a pyramid scheme”.
How To Make Money with ABA Marketing?
ABA Marketing only offers one way to make money and that’s through new member recruitment.
How To Get Started with ABA Marketing?
ABA Marketing’s membership is free. But due to the language barriers, we were unable to find out how much money is needed to take part in their income opportunity.
ABA Marketing Compensation Plan

What Is ABA Marketing - Compensation Plan
ABA Marketing does not make it easy for us to understand their compensation plan because it’s in Bulgarian, but we were able to get a few details from third-party sources.
Note that we’re using USD to keep the explanation as simple and as relatable as possible.
ABA Marketing member Ranks
ABA Marketing has 10 membership ranks tied to its compensation plan. You need to qualify for these ranks, which will also give you access to higher rewards.
Consultant 1 – sign up as an ABA Marketing member
Consultant 2 – generate 100 E in downline investment volume
Consultant 3 – invest 100 E and generate 700 E in downline investment volume
Advisor 1 – invest 300 E and generate 3000 E in downline investment volume
Advisor 2 – invest 800 E and generate 10,000 E in downline investment volume
Structural Director – invest 1200 E and generate 25,000 E in downline investment volume
Regional Director – invest 1700 E and generate 60,000 E in downline investment volume
International Director – invest 2000 E and generate 100,000 E in downline investment volume
Executive Director – generate 250,000 E in downline investment volume
Supervisor – generate 500,000 E in downline investment volume
For the following details below, E refers to the amount generated by dividing invested funds by 300.
So for 2000 E and 100,000E, you’re looking at EUR600,000 and EUR 30 million in downline investment.
Referral Commissions

What Is ABA Marketing - Referral Commissions
ABA Marketing members earn a commission based on funds invested by their recruited members. Commissions are computed based on funds invested divided by E units.
The E Unit amount is determined by rank:
Consultant 1 members earn E * 3.5
Consultant 2 members earn E * 4.5
Consultant 3 members earn E * 6.5
Advisor 1 members earn E * 8.5
Advisor 2 members earn E * 10.5
Structural International Directors earn E * 12
Regional Directors earn E * 13.5
International Directors earn E * 13.7
Executive Directors earn E * 13.9
Supervisors earn E * 14
ROI Referral Commissions (?)
They have ROI referral commissions that appear to be different from your Referral Commissions. We don’t really know what the gist is but based on their powerpoint presentation, the text reads:
Passive income % of personal profit attracting capital.
So possibly a percentage tied to the ABA Marketing too.
Monthly Bonuses
ABA Marketing offers Structural Directors and higher ranks the following monthly bonuses::
qualify at Structural Director and receive $300 a month
qualify at Regional Director and receive $600 a month
qualify at International Director and receive $900 a month
qualify at Executive Director and receive $1200 a month
qualify at Supervisor and receive $1500 a month
Rank Achievement Bonuses
ABA Marketing offers Rank Achievement bonuses for reaching certain milestones:
generate 500 units within your first month or 700 units in any other month, and receive a personalized watch with one diamond diamond on it
generate 700 units within your first month or 1200 units in any other month, and receive another personalized watch with twelve diamonds on it
qualify at Advisor 1 and receive tickets to a two-day Leadership Program
qualify at Advisor 2 and receive tickets to a three-day Leadership Program and a Parker pen
qualify at Structural director and receive tickets to another three-day Leadership Program, and a personalized gold watch with twelve diamonds on it
qualify at Regional Director and receive €4000 EUR
qualify at International Director and receive what appears to be a golden bracelet set with a diamond
qualify at Executive Director and receive €10,000 EUR
qualify at Supervisor and receive €20,000 EUR
The term “units” is different from the E Units being used in their compensation plan.
ABA Marketing Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Boris Ponzi Scheme!
ABA Marketing is a Ponzi scheme. No more, no less. There’s nothing on this program that’s legitimate, and proves that they’re anything but a Ponzi scheme.
#2 Unclear About What They Are!
Like most typical Ponzis, ABA Marketing will never tell you what they are outright. They always have you guessing what they do, and most of the time, they’ll just tell you that you’re joining an investing platform of sorts.
#3 Possible Member Of Scheme Network
ABA Marketing is a Boris Ponzi scheme, and we believe that they’re possibly part of a network of Ponzis in an area. Ponzi schemes can easily shut down and rebrand, so it’s possible that ABA Marketing is a new version of a previously shut down scheme.
What I Like About ABA Marketing?
There’s nothing to like about ABA Marketing.
Is ABA Marketing a Scam?
ABA Marketing is a Ponzi scheme, and a Boris one at that. With its text in Bulgarian, it’s hard to decipher this program. But either way, the red flags are just as common as the rest of them.
There’s nothing on their program that proves they are legitimate, and that they will even pay you for your hard work.

- You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
- You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
