Divvee Social Review Summary
Product Name: Divvee Social
Founder: Allen Davis
Product Type: Discount Membership MLM
Price: $9.95 monthly fee
Best For: No one!
Summary: Divvee Social is a discount membership MLM company that's been around for quite a few years. But it's not something special nor does it offer something unique to the industry. The income potential is low and their business model is just unnecessary.
What is Divvee Social?
Divvee Social, or just simply Divvee, is a MLM company that markets daily use products, or products that are part of our daily lives. These are what we consider to be necessities, whether we want to admit it or not.
The company was founded in December 2015, but on their website, you’ll find no information about who owns the company. However, their marketing video shows Allen Davis as the CEO and founder of the company, along with a dedicated management team with extensive MLM history.
- Davis’s LinkedIn profile shows his previous MLM experiences such as:
- General Counsel, VP of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for Neways (1997 to 2006)
- General Counsel and VP of Operations for Trivani (2006 to 2010)
- CEO of Qnique (2010 onwards)
- General Counsel and Chief Operation Officer for ForeverGreen International (2012 to 2015)
- General Counsel for TruVision Health (2015 onwards)
From 2011 to 2015, Davis ran his own firm and Divvee was his second time he played an executive role in a MLM company.
Divvee Social Product Line

They also have an e-commerce platform where you can purchase third-party products and services.

Does The Product Work?
What Divvee Social has to offer is discounted cell plan pricing for a monthly subscription. You read that right. You’re paying $9.95 a month to enjoy their e-commerce platform. Their platform will offer you better discounts than what free members can take advantage of.
But would you pay $9.95 a month to access these discounts?
Well, their marketing material states that you can enjoy up to 40% discount on the products and services listed on their platform.
Their compensation plan will actually have you selling this subscription on top of the recruitment-heavy incentives.
Their products and services that are listed on their platform will earn you some commission when you sell them to other people.
So what network did Divvee Social sign up for that could offer this much discount and commission? We don’t really know.
We know enough that this is not their own affiliate network company, so it has to be a third-party network. This network has to be a low-cost or free membership for Divvee Social given that they’re only offering $9.95 to their members.
How To Make Money with Divvee Social?
There are two ways to make money from Divvee Social:
- Earning commissions from sales
- Earning bonuses and commissions from recruiting and building a team
How To Get Started with Divvee Social?
Membership fee is $25, followed by a $9.95 monthly subscription.
You need to be subscribed in order to continue earning from the compensation plan.
Divvee Social Compensation Plan
Divvee Social pay their members through their downline of free and paid customers whenever they purchase products from their network.
They also get paid when they recruit new people into the program.
To qualify for commissions, you need to have a member or retail customer purchase at least 5 products from the network.
Customer Acquisition Commission (Recruitment Commissions)
Divvee Social members are paid $1 a month for each member they refer. These commissions are paid out as long as the member is continuously subscribed.
Divvee Social follows a 3x10 matrix compensation structure. This structure places you at the top of the pyramid structure.
You earn commissions based on the following levels:
- recruit 1 member to qualify to earn matrix commissions level 1
- recruit 2 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 2
- recruit 3 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 3
- recruit 4 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 4
- recruit 5 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 5
- recruit 6 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 6
- recruit 7 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 7
- recruit 8 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 8
- recruit 9 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 9
- recruit 10 members to qualify to earn matrix commissions on level 10
This structure assumes that every member qualifies on all levels of their matrix.
When an affiliate is not qualified to earn a matrix level, the member above them has their level qualification requirement reduced by one.
For example, if you need 5 members to generate a commission on level 5, but the member on six of your matrix does not qualify for a commission, you’d still get the commission if you have 4 recruited members.
It’s confusing, we know.
Product commissions follow the same matrix compensation structure as affiliate recruitment commissions.
When members in a matrix team purchase products, each product generates a set commission.
If a product is worth $100, $10 is generated as commission per item purchased by members or customers.
Divvee Social Ugly Truths Revealed!
#1 Not A Viable Business Model
When you look at their entire business model, it’s just not that viable. Allow us to explain.
The premise here is that you’re signing up for discounts on products and services. That’s a monthly subscription to potentially save money on purchases.
Now, here’s the kicker. You’re paying $9.95 a month to enjoy the discounts. This means that in order for you to get your money back, you’d need to save a total of $9.95. Anything on top of that becomes extra savings.
Selling discount subscriptions is just not something that people are interested in doing.
#2 Low Income Potential
The potential to make money is extremely low and it points back to its business model.
You’re earning a few bucks on recruitment and a percentage of products sold so you’d have to be very active in selling and recruiting people to generate a full-time income consistently.
#3 Heavy on Recruitment
While they’re not exactly a Ponzi scheme, their incentives are bordering close to being red-flagged by the FTC.
If you look at their compensation plan, you’ll see that more than 50% accounts for recruitment, so you have to build up a team to make the bulk of your income. This isn’t a good thing.
This makes their retail side look like pseudo-compliance.
Again, this is not to imply that Divvee Social is a Ponzi scheme.
What I Like About Divvee Social?
I am not at all impressed with Divvee Social. They’re just your typical discount MLM that has nothing unique to bring to the table.
Is Divvee Social a Scam?
Divvee Social is a legitimate MLM company, but we certainly don’t recommend this to anyone.
The reason being is that the income potential is low. Their income potential is greatly affected by their business model, which is just selling subscriptions to enjoy discounts on purchases.
You’re not going to find an exact market for these because a lot of people don’t mind paying the full amount for products or services. Even if they do want to enjoy discounts, they’re just going to other sites like Amazon.
How I Make a Living Online?
I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.
Instead, Affiliate Marketing is my top recommended business model for anyone to make money online.
The reason is simple...
- You don't have to recruit anyone to make money
- You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
- It's Free to get started
In fact, with affiliate marketing...
I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!
