If you've done some research online for APS, you've probably come across many APS reviews that are just trying very hard to promote this product.

I'm not one of them. I'm writing this review based on my honest opinion, research and experience on this product.

Summary: The Auto Profit System is a pretty good software (+ Video Training) which aims at helping affiliate marketers to increase their conversion rate. They'll teach you how to convert "freebie seekers" into "buying customers". The downside is that there's no step-by-step training to help complete beginners get started in affiliate marketing. It's only for more experienced marketers.

Rating: 85/100

Recommended: Yes (for people who have some experience in online marketing)

What is The Auto Profit System?

Above is an animated video on The Auto Profit System sales page.

Basically, APS is a Done-for-You page building software that allows you to build simple but high converting  "opt-in page" & "thank you page" and lead your potential customers to your affiliate offers.

Here's the concept behind it:

If you want to make money via affiliate marketing, you'll need these 3 things minimally:

  1. Targeted Traffic
  2. A Landing Page/Website
  3. An Affiliate Offer

However, the mistake many people make is that they can't convert "Freebie seekers" or "cold traffic" into hungry customers who are ready to purchase the offer from you.

The issue lies in the transition from your Free offer to your affiliate sales pitch.

If you don't get what I'm talking about here, don't worry. You just need to know that there are some sales tactics and knowledge needed to double or triple your sales and that's exactly what APS is trying to do here.

How does The Auto Profit System Work?

From the video above, you can see that APS focuses on 3 main steps:

  1. Build: Build a 2-page system using their APS page builder
  2. Drive: Drive traffic to your landing page using the methods they teach
  3. Automate: Automate the entire system to keep generating profits for you and all you have to do is to keep pumping traffic

Basically, you'll be driving traffic using Solo Ads to your landing page where you will offer a FREE Giveaway.

Solo Ads mean that you'll be paying someone with a list of subscribers so that you can send your promotional email to his or her subscribers and drive them to your landing page.

Right after people opt-in for your Free Gift, you'll lead them to the second page where you'll tell them exactly where is their free gift.

At the same time, you'll be doing something called "pre-selling". This creates the smooth transition to your affiliate offer so that you can convert "freebie seekers" into buying customers.

Take a look at the following demo video and it'll be much clearer for you:

List of Resources Provided by APS

  • APS Page Builder with Templates + Free hosting
  • 1-Click WordPress Import Plugin: Allows you to use APS on your own WP website
  • Video Training on how to implement the APS system
  • FREE & Paid traffic methods
  • A number of BONUS
  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Auto Profit System Claims Revealed

Now we've understand how APS works, let's see what they're promising you:

#1 Start making $2,616/week with 100% free traffic

This is possible but not real in the case of APS because they focus on Solo Ads to drive traffic which you need to have a budget for your paid traffic.

#2 No Facebook Ads, no social media, no funnels, no budget and no hosting required

Hosting is required but it's provided by the APS system and you definitely need a budget for your paid traffic.

#3 Get 100% Click-through rate for your affiliate offer

We all know that this is theoretically impossible. But they are able to promise that because their system doesn't require visitors to "click through". Instead, the visitors will automatically be directed to the affiliate offer. So they claim that as a 100% CTR.

Pros & Cons

The Good

  • Easy-to-use 'Drag & Drop' Page Builder: The APS page builder is a very beginner-friendly 'drag & drop" builder which anyone can build a page within minutes. This has been demonstrated in the demo video earlier on.
  • High Converting System: I like the psychology behind creating this system. This shows that the founders have pretty good sales experience and knowledge. APS creates a smooth "bridge" to convert visitors into buying customers.
  • All Purchases are One-Time Fee: No recurring fees required
  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The Bad

1. Too Many Upsells

I haven't really talked about the upsells. There are 3 immediate upsells once you purchase The Auto Profit System.

  1. APS Elite Member and Package ($37)
  2. The APS Captipic Suite ($47)
  3. APS Reseller & DFY Campaigns ($67)

These 3 upsells are immediately presented to new customers. Basically, they are giving you more attractive features to upgrade your cart and ask more money from you. This is a standard marketing strategy.

But I feel they're overdoing it because they're presenting to you 3 upsells one after another.

2. Expensive Solo Ads

Although they promised that you'll be making money with 100% free traffic, their main focus is on utilizing solo ads which is a paid traffic method. So it's definitely not "100% free traffic".

Solo Ads can be expensive sometimes so it's another budget you have to consider before investing in this program.

Is The Auto Profit System a Scam?

The Auto Profit System is definitely not a scam. Instead, it is a legitimate program that has quite a lot of value in it.

However, if you're a beginner in affiliate marketing, The Auto Profit System itself is not enough for you to make money.

APS is simply a software with some training to help you increase your conversion, sales and earnings.

Its solo ads traffic generation method is also not suitable for beginners in my opinion.

For beginners in affiliate marketing, you'll need to build up a strong foundation first and Wealthy Affiliate is my top recommended platform for beginners to get started.

Thank you for the great review of this system. Having just started out in affiliate marketing, there are so many options out there that it is hard to know what is a scam and what isn’t. Thank you for the extremely detailed review weighing the pros and cons. Great work.

You’re welcome Rox! Glad you find my review helpful 🙂 Thanks for checking this out!

Great review of the Auto Profit System you have here. I am new to affiliate marketing and was looking into this program.
I did realize that it’s not 100% free because of the Solo Ads, which I had studied earlier this month.
After reading your review I now understand what the Auto Profit System actually is. And I can see that while it may be good for someone further along than I, it is not really designed for a newbie like myself.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

    Hey Brendon,

Glad my review here is able to help you clear things up and make a decision. I wish you great success 🙂

The APS process sounds intriguing. It sounds like it’s focusing on getting conversions by a single process while ignoring all others. When I think of automation I expect the software to do it all. Thanks for this telling review.

    Jerry Huang - January 28, 2018

    Hey Maurice,
It’s mainly focus on conversion and traffic generation. Basically, the system can work on its own when you’ve set up the pages and offers properly. That’s why they say the last step is to automate and focus on driving traffic.

Hope you gain some valuable info. Thanks for your comment!

Mickie - January 28, 2018

I was searching around to find out about this money making system. And as you said many sites I came across only wanted to sell me the system. After I have read this, I think I will try out the Wealthy Affiliate site because that seems legit to me.
Thank you for making a good article!!

    Jerry Huang - January 28, 2018

    Hey Mickie,
Thanks for checking out this review. You’ll definitely love Wealthy Affiliate. I’ll see you inside 🙂

Norman Richards - January 28, 2018

You know Jerry this is so interesting. I just was listening to this same system because they sent me an email. Then I went over to Wealthy Affiliate and you are talking about the same thing.

Thanks so much for sharing and clearing things up. I did not delete their email. I was planning to listen again but after what you have shared even though the system may have some benefits, it is not the one for me.

Thanks again.

    Jerry Huang - January 28, 2018

What a coincidence Norman! This product just launched one month ago in Dec 2017 so I’m sure they are still heavily promoting it. Glad you like my review and thanks for leaving a comment!

Bob Arsenault - January 28, 2018

Hi Jerry,
Thank you for this comprehensive review. Your information is very helpful and complete.

I am an experienced affiliate marketer also and I see offers like this all the time. While it may not be a scam, companies like these always leave me wishing they would just be upfront and honest with people at the beginning. I’m not a fan of claims that can’t be realized and, of course, upsells. I prefer companies that respect you and over-deliver in their products and services.

Keep up the good work giving people a heads up about what’s “out there”!

    Jerry Huang - January 28, 2018

    Hi Bob,
Thanks for reading my review. You brought up a good point. As a good product owner or company, they must “over-deliver” to what they have promised upfront and don’t try to hide anything. It’s okay to use some marketing strategies and create some hype but authenticity is still the most important!
