What is USI Tech?

USI Tech is a Bitcoin trading robot that claims it can get you up to 150% profitability per month. They claim that they have a system in place with brokers and traders to do the work for you.

However, several figures have come forward with their own investigation and revealed that there’s no trading involved with USI Tech whatsoever.

On their official website, there’s no information about who runs the company nor anything about their regulatory licenses and accreditations.

These are all important pieces of information that would add credibility to their program, but the lack of it indicates something’s not right with this program.

However, third party research reveals that the company was founded by Joao Severino and Ralf Gold, who both have a history with some questionable companies.

Severino has been barred from doing any financial activities in Portugal due to his involvement with a pyramid scheme called AMC invest.

Gold has been involved with a number of Ponzi schemes such as AdsProfitReward, MX Fast Money, World Consumer Alliance, HourlyRevShare, AdsProfitWiz, APR Clicks, and Upper Game.

There are no products or services being offered here, but rather you’re offered an investment program that gives off fixed ROI’s.

What this basically means is that members buy an affiliate membership to access the trading system that’s within the platform. This allows members to earn up to 150% profits every year.

Before USI Tech delved into cryptocurrency, they did offer Forex trading but scrapped it.

Does The Product Work?

Okay first off, they don’t have anything legitimate to offer because a lot of people, if not all of their members, got scammed by this program.

I will get more on that point later on in this article.

Meanwhile, there were several other things that are technically wrong about this program:

  • There’s no government or financial regulation whatsoever, so they were free to do whatever whenever.
  • There were no proofs that trades were ever made by their brokers.
  • Their brokers aren’t even registered or regulated, which allows them to do what they want.
  • All of their claims are very much fake.

How To Make Money with USI Tech?

Technically you can make money with USI Tech through:

  • Your fixed ROI’s or returns on investment. This would’ve given you a percentage profit of how much you invested.
  • Commissions from recruiting people. This means you get incentives for having people sign up and invest on the program.

How To Get Started with USI Tech?

To get into the program, you would need to invest a minimum of 600EUR or about $650 (EUR to USD Daily Forex Conversion).

USI Tech Compensation Plan

USI Tech’s compensation plan is a mixture of brokerage fees and recruitment commissions paid out via a MLM structure.

Payments are paid out to members on direct and residual basis using a 3x12 matrix system for residual commissions.

Recruitment Commissions

You get direct recruitment commissions every time you personally recruit someone into the program. You get 120EUR or $120 per recruit.

Residual Commissions

This uses a 3x12 matrix system, which is similar to how other MLM opportunities operate.

This matrix has a total of 797,160 positions to be filled per member, which happens through direct and indirect recruitment.

Broker Commissions

Members also earn via broker commissions. These are fees that USI Tech collects whenever the software is used by their members. This is paid out through the same 3x12 matrix used for recruitment and residual commissions.

25% of the fee that gets paid is sent to the member who did the recruiting and the 75% to the remaining 12 levels of the matrix divided accordingly.

If this was a legitimate company, this would’ve been a very lucrative way to make money because it’s a percentage of how much people invest, which the broker takes a cut off.

USI Tech Ugly Truths Revealed!

#1 License and Regulation Issues

As I mentioned earlier, I have an issue with any trading system that doesn’t have any licenses or are not regulated by any financial institution.

Legitimate trading companies need to be regulated due to the large amounts of money moving in and out of their company, so it will have to be kept tabs on.

For USI Tech, they don’t have any license or regulatory accreditations from any financial institutions.

This just allowed them to do whatever they wanted without being legally liable to their customers.

Which brings me to my next point…

#2 People Got Scammed

Before they restructured their program, they were a legitimate Forex trading platform and even attracted some known marketers online to try out the program.

Unfortunately, they made the mistake of endorsing the program before they ended up getting scammed by their cryptocurrency investment program.

You can check out Bare Naked Scam and Digital Blogger’s articles about their experience with USI Tech.

#3 USI Tech Shut Down in US and Canada

As of Dec 2017, they shut down their operations in the USA and Canada, but they’re still operating in different countries where they have off-source registrations.

This includes countries like Singapore, Taiwan, and Puerto Rico.

The Texas State Securities Board shut them down after the order was issued following an internal investigation.

The investigation uncovered evidences of securities fraud and that USI Tech failed to disclose any detail about its operations.

#4 Owners Have a Shady History of Ponzi Schemes and Other Scams!

It doesn’t surprise me that USI Tech followed in the footsteps of their creators’ older programs. Whether Severino and Gold actually developed these older scams, the fact remains that everything associated with them turns out to be illegitimate.

So this is a huge red flag for future products if you see their names associated with them.

What I Like About USI Tech?

USI Tech is a scam, so there’s nothing positive worth mentioning about the program.

Is USI Tech a Scam?

USI Tech is far from being a legitimate trading program because it’s proven itself to be a scam.

In summary, here’s what we found out about the program:

  • They don’t have any regulatory accreditations and licenses to operate, so that’s a huge red flag for investment programs.
  • They’ve already been shut down in the USA and Canada due to securities fraud, but they’re still operating in other countries.
  • They’ve scammed other marketers who came forward with their own experience, so that’s something to consider as well.
  • Both of the owners were involved with other pyramid schemes and scams before they started USI Tech.

Stay away from this program!

How I Make a Living Online?

I'm not a fan of MLM, not because it's illegal or not profitable, but because of all the restrictions and the expensive costs involved.

  • You have the freedom to promote any products you want and not being restricted to only promote the products from one MLM company
  • It's Free to get started

In fact, with affiliate marketing...

I've personally created a 4-Figure Monthly Passive Income Stream and become financially independent at just 21 years old without any College degree or working experience!

Through my own hard work, I went from a broke restaurant waiter to living my dream laptop lifestyle in less than a year's time...
